We are a small kennel that started in 1988 and this wonderful breed has been a part of my life ever since. I don't breed often ,but always for quality. We have been involved in the Alaskan Malamute breed for 18 years. We strive to breed malamutes in sound mind body and health. We strongly believe in the care and welfare of our breed and providing good homes, our dogs are suitable for working/sledding dogs, great family companions and showing. Our lines stem from imported bloodlines - USA, Canada and Europe. Our dogs are tested for hip, eyes, elbows and bites prior to breeding. Kataku Alaskan Malamutes (Merv and Shelley Turner) began its foundation with Ch. Black Ice's Kataku Ruby (Imp USA). All of our dogs are from imported American and Canadian bloodlines, we strive to produce sound, healthy dogs with an attitude to work and show. Merv and myself have been involved with Alaskan Malamutes for over 18 years having been actively involved in sleddog racing, weight pulling and showing having had success in all three areas.

We have a 9 month old desexed boy available to the right home. Fully vaccinated, microchip, desexed and basic obedience. We would like to find a home for Ranger where he is with no other Dogs and no children. Like All Chesapeake he will need a firm hand and ongoing training. Minimal adoption fee to cover Desexing. There are 7 puppies available, 3 males & 4 females. Connie has show, obedience and retrieving titles. She was part of my PR team for showcasing Assistance Dogs in shopping centres, highlighting trainability and task training. She has a very special place in my heart and my family.
