The home of over one hundred Champions, over forty six years! A lifetime of love for, and devotion to dogs! Quality Cavaliers from 1978, Havanese joined Carnwath in 2002. We led the way for Havanese in Victoria, and now have been joined by eight imports, ensuring genetic diversity in my lines. My breeding program incorporates European and American bloodlines alongside the tried and tested lines already available within Australia. My dogs are carefully bred with health and temperament as priorities. ALL resident breeding dogs are health tested for patellae luxation, healthy hearts and clear eyes. Imports and foundation dogs are all hip scored. The boys are available at stud only to approved bitches. I am qualified to judge all Toy Breeds, and am a Life Time Member of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of Victoria, and foundation member of the Victorian Bichon Related Breeds Club. Since beening involved with these little guys from 2007,with a beautiful boy called Torza Grande Applause whom started my obsession with this breed and never looked back,as I'm happy showing this wonderful breed,Breeding isn't high on my list but somewhere down the track I will. In 2009 Myself and Lindsay Bolden imported a beautiful boy out of the UK which we had fun titling to his champion title in just 4 months of showing,more exciting news to come in the near future. Formerly known as Dekara Havanese I have joined my mothers Kennel in partnership to share in her wealth of knowledge having been in the dog world for over 40 years. We are a small kennel that concentrate on quality over quantity. We have had great success in the ring assisting other top Havanese kennels with campaigning their breeding to their Australian Championship title including many Class in group and Class in show awards along the way. All our puppies are brought up in the family home socialised with children and our rather large cat from day one. I am excited to be expecting my first litter of havanese puppies soon. The puppies will be raised in the home where they are safe and secure and have plenty of interaction with our dogs and any visitors. And on nice days they will be supervised outside for plays on the grass. They will be ready for homes around mid February. We have a beautiful 7 year old girl looking for the right loving forever home. Her name is Della. She is desexed, has had her teeth cleaned, and vet checked. She has had a full DNA breed profile. She has had extensive health testing including her hips and elbows x-rayed to ensure that she is healthy and does not have, or carry, any inherited diseases or problems. She has been wormed for all intestinal worms, heart worms, ticks and fleas. She has recently received an immunisation booster. She has had her coat clipped short for easy maintenance. Della is very affectionate and intelligent. She loves a game and to play fetch. She wants her own person to love and to spoil her.
