Kawera is located in the Manawatu/Wanganui region in the central North Island of NZ, aiming to breed quality, sound Cardigan Corgis. We aim to offer the complete 'Cardi' experience and are always looking to extend our knowledge of this lovely kind breed. Located on a boutique equestrian property in the Gold Coast Hinterland, Torrya Corgis are proud preservation breeders of the Cardigan Welsh Corgi. We are known for producing happy, healthy dogs with well-balanced temperaments and functional conformation.
The pleasure of breeding Cardigans is one of our most expensive hobbies. This allows us to make decisions based on what is best for our much-loved dogs and breed.
We breed for quality, not quantity.
We are proud to house raise our puppies. They are given everything they need and deserve from birth. Working closely with reproductive specialist vets, we ensure they are given the best nutrition, soft warm blankets, plenty of toys and lots of love and cuddles. Our puppies have beautiful temperaments, bred with structural soundness in mind. They are extensively health tested, helping to ensure you take home a happy healthy quality puppy.

All our pups come from health-tested parents. They are born and raised with proper care, socialization, and supervision. We believe it's important for prospective owners to be able to see where and how their puppy is being raised. If you live in Victoria, we recommend visiting us to check out the environment and meet some of the dog family. If you are interstate or international, I can send videos or Facetime.
All new owners will have access to the live stream cameras once pups are born; you can log in anytime and watch your pup grow from birth until it leaves to start its life with you.

Maemuki Japanese Spitz are excited to welcome a confirmed litter (ultrasound) in mid-August. They will be ready for their new homes in October. We still have some availability on our waiting list for this litter due to Mum having more puppies than expected on board.
Maemuki Japanese Spitz are a dedicated breeder, who have been involved in the breed for 12 years. We strive to produce puppies of the highest quality, who are healthy, well conformed and have a beautiful temperament. We are very proud of our dogs, who are both a joy to live with, achieve fantastic results in the show ring and have passed therapy dog tests.
The parents of this puppies have been checked for Patella Luxation and have undergone genetic testing. Puppies receive a thorough vet check when they receive their microchips and vaccinations at 6-7 weeks of age. The results are communicated by me to their future owner.
Puppies will be regularly wormed, registered with Dogs NSW and come with a generous puppy pack. They will be raised on the "puppy culture protocols" and have had plenty of interactions with people of all ages, had regular car rides, grooming, commenced clicker training, toilet training and will have been raised lovingly in my home.

We have an adorable Pedigreed 6 week-old Male puppy available for adoption July 19. Our puppies are priced at $2,500 for NZ pet homes. Additional charges may apply for show and breeding quality puppies and for buyers overseas.

We are a Registered Breeder with Dogs NZ and we offer "Wrap-Around" service with all of our puppies: we support you from the beginning to the end of the adoption process.
When you adopt one of our puppies, we will send you a lot of information to help you raise your new puppy - regarding everything from feeding and house training to crate training and daily schedules.
At 8 weeks old, our puppies have been examined by our vet, wormed, microchipped and have received their first vaccinations. Your puppy will be registered in your name with DogsNZ and you will receive a 3-generation pedigree of your puppy's family tree.
Every puppy picked up in person comes with a generous puppy pack containing food, grooming equipment, toys, bedding, a lead and collar, treats and more.
We can assist you with arranging ground or air transportation to transport your puppy to you.
We offer ongoing support to ensure your puppy is adjusting to their new environment.
