I have been a consistent breeder of quality cockers since 1973 with Glenayden Cockers making their presence felt in the show ring & is well known around the word. Our cockers have now won sixteen royal challenges & numerous BIS Cocker Speciality shows, ACT Royal Best In Show winner plus the cream of the cream BEST IN SHOW MELBOURNE ROYAL SHOW 2006, entry of 4043 dogs & in the same year BEST IN SHOW 12th NATIONAL SHOW held in NSW, along with many major city shows to our credit. We have enjoyed BIS at five Cocker Nationals with two RU awards, this event always judged by a Cocker Spaniel Expert from the UK, the mother country of the breed. Our cockers have the true cocker temperament making them excellent pets for the family. We have imported stock to ensure our high standards are maintained. We breed when we need new stock so quality not quantity, Inspection invited by appointment, our premises are clean and well managed. Our small team of happy cockers are a pleasure to be loved by, our aim is to enjoy the breed and promote the 'Cocker Spaniel' to those who also love the breed as we do. Our kennel has been selected to be a Advance Ambassador 2006 - 2022 our dogs thrive on Advance with the proof being their overall health & excellent condition. Our puppies are raised on Advance Puppy Chicken setting their health and condition for the rest of their life which is so important to ensure they are raised with the best dog food on the market.

GLENBROOK

GLENBROOK COCKER SPANIELS Glenbrook Cocker Spaniels is on the Mornington Peninsula, in Safety Beach. I ventured into the show ring in 2006 and have now titled thirteen of my home bred dogs. I am proud of that achievement. In 2016 my dogs won first, second and third best cocker spaniel at the Royal Melbourne Show. This was the most amazing experience and the greatest positive feedback I have ever received. In 2024 I won a Best in Show with our beautiful black girl Winx another special achievement. My breeding focus is on temperament and type and I pride myself in bringing the beautiful personality of the cocker to the forefront. In order to continue to develop the breed type I have imported dogs from both the United Kingdom, The Netherlands and France. Their offspring is currently being shown by other exhibitors and are enhancing our future breeding. To ensure that our puppies grow into healthy companion dogs I encourage our new adoptive parents to visit each weekend to bond with their puppy and to learn how best to support the growth and development of their puppy. OCCULI

I established "Occuli Cocker Spaniels" in 1990 in South Africa. I registered the prefix “Occuli" in Australia to carry on my winning dog AUS GRAND CH/SAF CH Broadlands Brockit Lad at Occuli's name in the progeny. I breed Cocker Spaniels with great temperament. So far Benji's progeny have been winning in the showring to carry on his legacy. Benji was South Africa's top Gundog in South Africa in 2006 and his son Dylan has attained his Supreme Ch Title and is a multiple Best in Show winner. His grandson Supreme CH Occuli Brockit Lad (Rocky) has won multiple best in shows including The Darwin Royal. Benji's progeny are BIS winners and are also great for Juniors to handle in Junior Showmanship competitions.

Canicula Kennels' breeding programme is based on pure working line Spaniels bred for their natural ability for hunting and performance in the field. In our breeding we concentrate on superior temperaments with a correct balance of drives using the finest overseas and local lines available. AMITYVALLEY

Amityvalley is a kennel situated in Gippsland Victoria and our beautiful cockers are part of our young family. Our focus is on breeding for excellent health and temperament, ensuring that our puppies grow into healthy, loyal companion dogs. BFFUREVER is a small breeder of beautiful cocker spaniels, producing sound and true to type puppies with lovely temperaments. We are a family affair. BALLYORAN

Having lived in the Mornington Peninsula area for over thirty years, dogs have always been a part of our family. We own George the blue roan dog that won BEST In Show at the 19th National Championship Cocker Spaniel Show November 2022. under specialist judge Susan Young of Canyonn Kennels from the United Kingdom Winning classes for four of our dogs at the same show with tough competition. We breed occasionally for the next show dog, health and temperament is our number one priority. We can not keep all the dogs we breed, some are available for pet homes, from time to time we have older dogs that don't like the show scene or have finished their show career looking for the good life on someone's bed.

CARAWOOD

I am a show exhibitor and select breeder of solid English Cocker Spaniels (Black, Gold and Black and Tan). My aim is to breed healthy cocker spaniels of the highest quality, temperament and type. To further improve my breeding program, I have imported dogs from both the UK and France. Puppies are bred to produce quality show dogs and to improve the breed, hence I only have limited litters. From these litters however, puppies may be available as loving family companions. Puppies are lovingly raised in our home and well socialised. Puppies are sold on "Limited Register" which means that they cannot be shown or bred with. The Limited Register still allows them to compete in dogs sports such as agility, obedience, tracking, Dancing with Dogs, Gundog retrieving and field trials etc. Of utmost importance is the health and well being of my dogs. At Carawood all my dogs are DNA tested for the main hereditary problems in the breed. Selective and careful breeding ensures that none of my dogs will ever be affected these diseases: PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy), FN (Familial Nephropathy) and AON (Adult Onset Neuropathy). CLOVERPARK

More than 38 years ago our chosen breed was Irish Setters. We were extremely successful in the show ring with all our dogs quickly gaining their titles; five of seven were of our own breeding. We paused from showing after sending our beloved 'Legendary Mickey' to Finland and moved onto homing Cocker Spaniels. In 2017, after 15 years we eventually returned to both showing and breeding arenas. No puppy farming here, with only three litters in six years, breeding for quality, not quantity. Today our Cloverpark offspring is a blend of Glenbriar and Steinhome (SA) and Britebay (VIC) English Cocker Spaniel blood lines which has produced pleasing results. Our gorgeous Cocker kids are raised in a loving family environment, with both Mum and Grandma eager to nurture them.
