We are a small kennel located in the Sunshine Coast QLD. Will send puppies interstate at buyers' expense but by air only. Will drop at Brisbane Airport for no extra cost. Khembear Border Collies is a small kennel in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We participate in conformation showing and a range of performance sports including Rally, Trick Dog, Scent Work, Dances with Dogs and Herding; we may start dabbling in Agility in the future also. You will often see us out and about promoting our wonderful breed at events with the Border Collie Cub of Victoria. Puppies will only be available occasionally. We are a small kennel located in South East Queensland and our dogs are part of our family. It all started in 1999 with our foundation girl, Trixie, & in 2003 her son Bronson, & together they enjoyed herding, obedience, agility, canine disc/frisbee, lure coursing and even dog sledding! We only breed when we want something for ourselves or we have a number of great homes wanting a pup, so we don't breed very often. In 2013 we started planning our next litter & the future of the kennel, with the help of our friends & mentors at Dunwurkn and Sarasota Border Collies. The kennel has grown significantly since then, both in dog numbers and property size. Our main sport now is Flyball, but we still do some dog sledding in the winter, albeit just for fun these days! Our dogs have a great mix of working drive and wanting to snuggle up with you on the couch! We firmly believe in health testing and are happy to share our dogs results, there is nothing to hide here. We are located in the beautiful Wollongong area on acreage. Our dogs are a much loved part of the family and not kenneled. We take great pride in our dogs and puppies and make sure they are well socialized and introduced to the cats, birds, chickens and ducks that roam our property. All puppies are exposed to many sights, sounds, enrichment toys and games. With lots of love and cuddles as they grow. Our gorgeous puppies are suited to being very much loved family pets or taking part in the various disciplines available. Some of our dogs are competing in obedience and agility and we have puppies that have gone on to being wonderful therapy dogs.
