The late Kerri Lougheed was the original owner of the Kerimarlo prefix, it was a great privilege when Kerri asked me to continue with her prefix. I have been involved with ASTCD since 1992. ANKC Championship judge GRP 5 Working dogs( Herding / Pastoral) and GRP 2 Terriers. Open show judge GRP 3 Gundogs and GRP 4 Hounds, studying GRP 6 Utility. We are breeding for Temperament and Type. TROPICRAIN

Our main goal, is to breed good quality, true to type, sound dogs, for Showing, Working, dog sports, guard and family. We're also working hard to raise awareness of this breed by the general public and to keep the breed alive. We have spent the last couple of years gathering bloodlines to diversify what we already have and to preserve them. We will have 2 stud dogs available this year with Cumbydene Achilles my premier stud dog bringing in new bloodlines, Tropicrain Jas Akai whose daughter Tropicrain Eye of the Tempest is proving to be a great breeding bitch with the right male. Joining them is Cumbydene Tassie Bound who should produce some outstanding pups and hopefully another red male in the next year or so. More of our babies are entering the show world and this year they did not disappoint gaining the best results yet for us. We have a couple who are working and their owners are pleased with them and several are very good guard dogs and of course loved family members. We also export. Puppies will be available. I have had Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dogs since 2014, registered ASTCD since 2020. My goal is to breed sound puppies utilising available DNA and health testing and hearing testing. I am passionate about preserving this iconic, vulnerable, Australian breed, and producing dogs with balanced temperaments. All litters will be raised with Puppy Culture protocols and video evidence of this will be provided to potential Puppy owners. My dogs are active in Conformation showing, SprintDog, Rally Obedience, Trick Dog, Lure Coursing and my male has passed his Endurance Trial in July 2023. Both of my dogs have several sporting titles. My dogs have also been in cattle and sheep yards under the supervision of a working dog trainer on multiple occasions, they both show natural instinct and drive to work stock. I am not a volume breeder and will be selective about the homes my puppies go to. Welcome to Clydebrook Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dogs, located in NE Vic I am proud to be a part of the �Clydebrook� prefix, founded by my parents Bob and Ness some 20 years ago when they began showing and breeding Airedale Terriers. Over the last 35 years, I have been involved with showing and/or breeding German Shepherd Dogs, Alaskan Malamutes, Golden Retrievers, Airedale Terriers and Working Border Collies. I bought my first Stumpy, Angus, in 2019 to join our working team on our beef farm and from the moment we collected him, I knew this was the breed for me. This led me to seek out a registered Stumpy in 2022 from Bobtailz Stumpies, my foundation bitch, Ch Bobtailz Dixie Moon (Dixie) and I couldn�t be happier with her. I intend to uphold the exceptional Clydebrook name by breeding infrequent but quality pups. Breeding only occasionally and only to better the breed. My main focus is temperament. I believe a dog�s temperament should be prioritized above everything else. Next is working ability. I believe dogs should be able to perform the duties for which they are bred. This demands properly balanced dogs with sound health and movement. Lastly, the show ring. If the first two priorities are in place, this will follow. All available health testing is used, including hip/elbow scoring and full DNA screening. We aim to produce healthy, happy, confident pups suitable for work, dog sports and the show ring. Puppies may be available from time to time to approved homes only.
