My years of breeding quality miniature schnauzers spans over 30 years resulting in pedigrees containing many champions and imported lines. My focus is to improve this beautiful companion breed and produce healthy active dogs. All pups are breed with CARE and raised with LOVE in a family situation. This helps with socialiation and produces pups that are well balanced and fun loving.

This small kennels is situated in Christchurch on a rural-residential section providing a park like environment. Instead of kennels the dogs live either inside with my family or in an insulated cottage like compound with indoor/outdoor access. This assists greatly with the toilet training of pups.
Visits are welcomed.

All pups pedigrees are registered with Dog NZ .
Before you collect your new family member they are vet checked, micro-chipped, up to date with worming/flea treatments and will have their first vaccination.
Also if you prefer pups can have their first puppy clip.For those really keen.... I offer to teach you to groom... its not that hard!
With my dog training experience I am able to provide information and support on settling your puppy at home with tips for training, socialisation and games to play.

After 20 years of breed showing, and with 20 Schondara Breed Champions to my name I discovered the 'FUN' of dog sports. You can find me actively competing in dog agility, scenting, obedience, and Rally-O and have proudly achieved 2 Grand agility Champion titles

We are located in Julatten North Queensland on the northern end of the Tablelands. We are close to Mareeba, Atherton, Cairns, Port Douglas, Mossman and Daintree.

We breed from unrelated Australian and International Champion bloodlines in an attempt to increase genetic strength and diversity.

Our Miniature Schnauzers share our farm with us and our 4 children, cows, cats, horses and pedigree British Bulldogs & Neapolitan Mastiffs.
All our dogs are a friendly pack and behave respectfully to other dogs and people. All our puppies are house reared and are very confident and well socialised.

We have owned Schnauzers since 1992 starting with a miniature schnauzer. We then obtained our first standard schnauzer in 1993. Our dogs have always been family pets and participated in obedience training as well as showing.
We have always had a very keen interest in the breed. Now our family has grown up, giving us time to concentrate on showing and to start our breeding program. Our foundation dogs are from imported European lines, all have wonderful temperaments as do their parents.
Our aim is to breed quality Schnauzers following the European lines with good temperaments & soundness being a priority.

Miocavallaro has had a new arrival of 6 females and 2 males, who are 8 weeks old. 4 pups are available - Salt and Pepper and Black and Silver. Our pups are raised in our home with our family and adult dogs. They are constantly learning from the adult dogs, developing friendly and sociable behaviours. Our pups are very easily trained into routines such as toileting outside, using a doggy door, coming when called, bed time and gentle play with children and adults. Our previous litters are all happy in their homes which range from apartment to acreage living. Our pups are trained using quiet repetitive training to have gentle natures suitable for children.
