Dawnus Fields currently compete in rally, agility, flyball, lure coursing, scentwork, endurance, working pack dog, bike joring, trick dog and of course showing. Located in the southwest of Sydney, Meadowbriar was home to Australia's top ranked Field Spaniel for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, and Australia's first Supreme Champion Field Spaniel in the history of the breed - Multi BIS & Multi BISS Supreme Champion Fieldspan Jammie Dodger (Dodger). Sadly, Dodger passed away in 2023. We are also home to Australia's DOL top ranked Field Spaniel bitch for 2011, 2012 & 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 prior to a showing hiatus in 2017. Add to that, we are also home to Australia's top ranked rising star for 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 prior to a showing hiatus in 2017. Since then, we only show sparingly with consistently successful results. We are very proud of our achievements. We are focused on type, temperament and soundness and are committed to advancing and promoting this beautiful breed. We support health testing of all show & breeding stock. All of our dogs are hip & elbow scored and hold clear eye certificates. Owner of Field Spaniels since 1994, the first Shevington litter of Field Spaniels was bred in 2004. Breeder of one of the first Field Spaniels in Australia to gain an Obedience title - Aust Ch Shevington South Trader CCD. Our Field Spaniels are hip and elbow scored and eye-tested. Breeder is an All Breeds Dog Show Judge and Head Instructor of the Gundog Club of South Australia.

I have been involved with pure breed dogs for 20 years. I have competed with three different breeds in 7 disciplines and obtained more than 25 titles. I am a licensed ANKC Obedience and Rally judge, am a member and volunteer of numerous dog clubs and committees. Working with dogs has been part of both my professional and personal life for these 20 years. I was introduced to Field Spaniels when Ch Silverbirch Piping Hot (Faye) came to us 12 years ago. Faye inspired me to want to promote and preserve this wonderful breed. As such, my breeding program focuses on health, soundness and temperament. I am passionate about performance sports and am committed to ensuring that my dogs are able to succeed in the show ring and the field. Beltaurus Sif to BelgenBliss had 9 healthy red puppies with Danish Glimbi's Calico v. Jayla on the 03 nof September 2024. We still have 2 boys and 2 girls available for the right home. Sif is a beautiful girl with a great temperament, who gained her Show Champion title only 9 months old. She enjoys working either doing agility or tracking. Sif won the National Novice Agility Championship 2023. Calico is from Denmark. He is a Danish Champion and Danish winder 2023. Calico has produced beautiful, social, and brave puppies with great joy for working in different disciplines, and great temperaments. Both mum and dad has healthy hip and elbow score. Puppies come with full vaccination and microchipping.

Archie is a top of the standard male with a rich mahogany coat, rarely seen in the Tervueren in Australia. Imported from Bergerac de hu kennels in Hungary, this kennel regularly produces world class Agility dogs who can also compete in IGP. Archie has the sound temperament we have come to expect from this kennel, with strong but controllable drives ingrained in his pedigree. He is a clear headed dog with great confidence and kindness. We have had 3 dogs of Trixie’s breeding here at Belgenbeau and all have shown strong drive and great characters, Biddable and willing to learn.
