Hawksdale Kennel was establish in 2004 with the purchase of our foundation bitch "BAWTRY PARK MY MELODIE". Melodie sadly passed over to the rainbow bridge earlier this year 4 months off her 14th birthday.

We are a small kennel located at the foothills of the Darling Scarp in Perth WA. Since then we have imported 3 dogs from Norway and Sweden.

Our Newest arrival is Moonstruck Walnut (imp Swe). He was campaigned by his breeders in Sweden and is a Amsterdam Junior World Winner 2014 and also qualified and shown at Crufts 2015 before flying out to Australia! I cannot thank the Moonstruck Kennel enough for sending me this crazy but wonderful dog!

Wally was campaigned in NSW by Gillian Holmes (Blacqlable Kennel) in 2017 to many BOB and In Group wins as well as a BIS at the Canberra Gun Dog Show under breed specialist Mrs Carina Ostman from Sweden.

Our dogs are very much part of the family as well as active show dogs.
We welcome all enquires for show/working and pet homes on either Mains or Limited Register.

Temperament, Soundness and Performance

I have been actively involved with Flat Coats since 2010 - Obedience, Showing and Retrieving.

All my dogs are hip/elbow scored, eyes (including gonioscopy ). & heart cleared before they are bred from.

Here at Starflatzs we aim to breed flat coats with great temperaments , who are capable of any tasks, be it showing, obedience, retrieving or just perfect family pets.

All my dogs live life running around the farm enjoying the mud and bush like dogs do. My love of Westies go back to my childhood with my beautiful dog Trixie, now long past she was a joy to own. I spend time looking at the bloodlines of my dogs and when necessary I am happy to import dogs to improve. My current boy is from China.

The health and temperament of my pups are my top priority. With this in consideration, all my dogs are DNA tested for all vet recommended genetic conditions.

Bonniepitloc kennels is proud to announce the birth of Bonnie's litter on the 14th June 2024 . Mum and puppies doing very well .
The puppies will be ready to go too their forever homes around 15th August . Our puppies are raised inside my home in a family environment to enhance their social temperments and with other westies and a larger dog . All the puppies are immunised,wormed,
microchipped and health checked by a vetnerarian. Mother and father are able to be viewed and I have a 12 month old puppy off Bonnie's which can also be viewed to show beautiful temperments of the puppies The puppies are supplied with a puppy pack to the value of $100 which includes their food for a month to ensure a wonderful transition to your home. Included are limited registered pedigree papers and a copy of parents blood analysis to show the health of all breeding.
