****** WE ARE TAKING ENQUIRIES***** Whilst primarily breeders of Golden Retrievers we are enjoying a little diversion into Flat Coats.Our first litter along with Abbey's Arangold litter in NZ has already resulted in 6 Champions, a Royal BOB winner and a CCD RN and CD. Abbey Rose won BOB at the Brisbane Royal Show in 2019 and then had her final litter to Almanza Double Action Dark Kiss (Imp Sweden). Abbey has so far 7 Champions to her name including "Aust Supreme Ch Alubyc The Artful Dodger" We have a litter planned fo late 2024. UPDATE: We will mate Annie, Abbey Rose's beautiful daughter, "Aust Ch CIE Ch A2O Ch Alubyc Orphan Black" to Merlin "Aust Supreme Ch Kellick Criminal Intent"

Having admired this breed for some time we were lucky enough to welcome our beautiful girl Ch Hawksdale Secret Surprise "Freya" into our lives thanks to Hawksdale Flatcoats in WA. She has been successfully shown and is an Australian Champion but is now enjoying a much more relaxed lifestyle playing with our Labradors.

Small select kennel breeding for type and temperament. Our foundation bitch Luna stood out in terms of brains and beauty. She was Brisbane Royal BoB in her first show and went on to gain her Championship title easily. Luna attained 13 ANKC titles across 6 disciplines (Conformation, Obedience, Rally Obedience, Scent Work, Retrieving & Endurance). Brew (Dual Ch (TS) Grand Ch (TS) Malunbea Disorderly Conduct CCD ET SWV SWM SWI SWC SWX) is demonstrating he not only has outstanding good looks and temperament but very clever with 15 titles in Scent Work, Obedience, Track and Search, and Endurance. Our little Kiwi (Dual Ch (TS) Arangold Backup Plan Imp NZL SWE ET) is not far behind with earning Endurance, Track & Search and Scent Work titles between motherly duties. Miss Star, the baby of the team, is coming along nicely having gained her Show Champion and her first Scent work title. With her linage and smarts she has an exciting future ahead. Bassett hound puppies. Ready for their new homes 21/1/2025. Will be Microchipped, vaccinated, DNA recorded, have had a chiropractic visit and have been vet health checked prior to pickup. They will be registered with Dogs Queensland on main register. There are 3 females and 1 male. $4000

We currently have a litter of tri colour puppies that will be ready to go into their new homes before Christmas. The cost of our puppies is $3.500 and that includes registration, immunisation, micro-chipping and vet check prior to departure. We take great pride in breeding sound dogs, and as a result of this have had major wins in most Australian states, with our Kennel name appearing on many winning dogs throughout this country and overseas, which is something we are very proud of. Our pedigrees are of the highest standard and quality, with blood lines including dogs imported from the United States of America, England, and Ireland, and many of our animals living overseas. Some of our more recent successes include winning Best In Show at the Basset Hound National Show held in Victoria in November 2023, Best in Show at both the Qld and NSW Basset Hound Club Championship shows as well as Best of Breed at both shows held at the Brisbane Royal in 2024.
