We have no puppy plans until 2025 and we are unable to keep a waiting list. As we are only a small kennel who has puppies occasionally puppies will only be placed locally. If you are serious about adding a bernese to your family and would like to know anything further please email us and provide us with details about your family and where you are located. We are located in the outskirts of Sydney and have been owned by this wonderful breed since 1995. Our dogs are first and foremost much loved pets who participate in the show ring and all are Australian Champions. All our dogs are hip and elbow scored as well as DNA & Degenerative Myelopathy tested and VWD clear. Our aim is to breed sound long lived healthy Bernese with exceptional temperaments.

NOTE: We (along with all other breeders) are inundated with people contacting us for puppies. It may take me a while to reply, even up to a few months. I own a business and have two young kids. Breeding is something I do in my spare time, which I don’t have much of so please be patient. Valkirie is home to beautiful Bernese who are of excellent health and sound temperaments. All of our dogs are hip and elbow scored and health tested. We are a small kennel where our dogs are much loved members of the family. True to the breed, our Berners are social, loyal, affectionate, confident, fun loving and above all healthy dogs who bring nothing but joy to our lives. We have no doubt our pups will bring the same joy and happiness into the lives of their new families too. Our home is made up of two Bernese, Fallon and Saxon, a Chocolate Labrador, Freya, a cat, Jynx, lots of chickens and two little (human) boys. Our puppies are raised in our home, offered many social and habitual experiences before leaving for their new homes and only the best of homes will be considered for our babies. Puppy inquiries and general breed inquiries are always welcome and we offer life time support to all families who take on one of our babies.

We are extremely proud of the Grand, National and International Champions we have bred, along with obedience and tracking champions. Most of all our dogs temperaments stand out as loyal and trustworthy companions. Sound in body and mind our Bernese Mountain Dogs are the true heavier European type. Our bloodlines incorporate dogs that we have imported from around the world to improve upon our foundations. All our dogs are hip and elbow scored. Zanzebern have bred over 50 champions across 10 countries. We have owned and bred International All Breeds Best in Show winners, Specialty Best in show winners. I have some sweet babies who will be ready for a new family to call their own from the 20/11/24 .. They are genetically clear of CLAD and both forms of PRA .. Parents have good hip scores .. Raised in the home with plenty of socialising with other dogs and ragdoll cats .. They will be registered with Dog NSW on Limited Refister ... Also Microchipped .. I have three beautiful boys from the mating of LINDERRY MOLLY ODEA X VICTORYBEE COPPER HEAD ROAD Both parents are very strong field bred dogs with Molly being fifty percent imported bloodlines from Europe and UK, and Cooper having outstanding breeding including Orlando, Gamemaster, Kamphogdas and Quailbanders. These puppies are outstanding examples of field breeding, bringing wonderful conformation and temperament together with intelligence and trainability and a desire to please. Irish Setters are wonderful family pets who love to get out into the fresh air for exercise and games and later cuddles on the couch. They are dogs with it all, personality plus, a keen sense of fun, loyalty and beauty and elegance, with of course the glorious red coat for which they are noted. A beautiful redhead always stands out in a crowd. The puppies were born on 2nd April 2024 and have had their third vaccination, microchipped, wormed regularly, vet checked and are on Limited Register Pedigree. Our puppies are brought up in the house and are familiar with all normal household activities and sounds. They are well socialised and love adults and children alike. They are also familiar with our cat and hens and have been introduced to our horses.
