Our dogs come from a long line of family/hunting dogs, puppies are raised in a family setting and are well socialised and loved by our kids. Our puppies are always: * Treated regularly for worms * Microchipped *vaccinated *vet checked *have extensive socialising especially with children and other dogs

We are a small kennel most concentrating on our Dobermanns. We have ventured out as showing Beagles is quite a bit easier than the Dobes. We have a 45 acre property on the Northern Rivers NSW between Casino and Kyogle. I have been a registered breeder for many years now, also run Dobermanns rescue Australia Wide. My dogs and puppies are extremely important to me. I am very careful where they go to. I offer life time support with my dogs and will be here for them and their new owners when every needed. Please view my website for more details. The Beagles are a breed my husband Michael grew up with, he enjoys the breed so we decided to get a couple. Our new kids are Bella and Bossy a bonded pair who will stay with us forever now. They are middle aged now at over 4 years. So this litter will no doubt be the only one they have. Bossy will be shown next year when the local shows start up again (Fingers crossed). People are more than welcome to come and see us and meet the dogs. Lukara Beagles is a small scale kennel in the Lockyer Valley who offer beautiful beagles with great temperaments and full health testing for all puppies. We have owned beagles for over 20 years and have been showing for over 10 years now. We started our journey with our first Australian Champion Culorgair ForLukara, and we now have several Australian Champions in the confirmation titles and one with a lure coursing titles. We would like to thank our mentors who have given us the opportunity to continue their lines. We love our beagles and pride ourselves on our wonderful temperaments, great health testing genetics and socialisations.

Orobay Optical Magic. Their younger brother UK & Supreme Ch. Orobay Graceful Triumph AOM(pictured) won 14 CC's out of a possible 18 during 12 months of showing in the UK. He is also the first Ausralian bred beagle to become UK Champion. He won 5 specialty Best in Shows and Best of Breed at Crufts 2013. My aim is to breed quality, healthy beagles that are genetically sound and with great temperaments. To have a champion or two along the way is a bonus.
