Tibetan Spaniel Old Dogs for Sale, NT

We are a dog loving family, who lives rurally on 5 acres in the amazing Taranaki, NZ. We have been involved in the show scene for a number of years having only entered Tibetan Spaniels in 2019 (due to finding the breed very hard to enter). I grew up around cocker spaniels and beagles. We had exhibited Chihuahuas for a few years before changing to Tibetan Spaniels, and also show Japanese Spitz During our short time in tibbies, we have been extremely competitive in a strong line up of Tibetan Spaniels often 20+ per show, with numerous BOB and RBOB, many group class wins, and age class in show wins. I am proud to say that each of our tibbies have won atleast in group age class. We now have 10 tibbies in our family, which are first and foremost family pets, and are secondly show dogs. We have recently imported Aust Ch Tunamara Takam Tsha, who brings exciting new lines to NZ. I am very lucky to have 2 very enthusiastic Junior Handlers, who love the dogs as much as I do, and are fantastic handlers, and help exhibit the team exceptionally well. All our dogs are PRA3 clear (each and every dog is individually tested).

I Really love this wonderful breed and they are such a delight to own. . I can thoroughly recommend these enchanting little guys as pets or show dogs, they sure get under your skin in a big way. I have been showing dogs for 30 years ( since 1994) , I started with Shetland Sheepdogs. As age creeps up on us all, I decided a breed change needed to happen, the old knees just don't want to run to fast.For the last 7 years Tibetan Spaniels have been in my life and my home,they are a happy breed and joy to live with. We have been blessed with a litter of 7, from our beautiful Blossom (NZ Ch Ampoter Exotic Blossom) by our Australian Champion import Kam (Aust CH Tunamara Takam Tsha) All have been raised on premium pet food, in a loving family environment, and will be ready to head out into the big world with their new families from 23rd November. Parents are both DNA tested clear of PRA3. 4 boys and 2 girls currently available Pups will come with papers, first vaccinations, microchipped and a puppy pack. We are based in Taranaki but could possibly deliver to Manawatu.

We have 1 very sweet little sable man available (show potential). The little boy is Mr Personality and is such an outgoing, loving little man. He is just an absolute little sweetheart. We had all intentions of running this little man on in the show ring however due to significant health issues we have had to reconsider. He has had both his 1st and 2nd vaccinations along with being microchipped, wormed, vaccinated, health checked and registered on Limited registration with Dogs NSW. He is also toilet trained and to date has never toileted in the house. I have been showing & breeding for over 40 years mainly with our English Springer Spaniels and most recently with Tibetan Spaniels. Dharma is available to a kind and loving home. She is very soft in nature, but Loves to go for walks. We had hoped she would be a show dog, but it wasn’t her thing. She needs a quiet home with another small dog for company. Prefer someone who is home most of the day. She is vaccinated, wormed and on heart worm prevention. And will be desexed before leaving.
