Gaeltaedt Scotties are located west of Kempsey on the beautiful Mid North Coast. They are happy active terriers who enjoy the benefits of a rural lifestyle and live in the house as family and are thoroughly spoilt in the style to which they have become accustomed. I have had Scotties for over 25 years.
Although I am no longer able to show as arthritis prevents me from grooming as required for exhibition but my dogs are bred from champion and imported bloodlines with a focus on health and good temperaments. They are well socialised with people and other dogs.

I have had a Scottie by my side ever since my Dad bought my first, back in 1969. Once I raised my own family I started breeding in 2008. Scotties have enriched my life so much so! Our philosophy is to make Scottie's available for caring homes, we don’t t show them, we only have them as our beloved pets and believe that you too should be able to have a Scottie.
We are a boutique breeder that only has a litter every so often because our dogs are our family and it takes a lot out of the girls so we give them a good break between litters and we also limit how many litters they have, so they can go into retirement still active and healthy.
Our puppies are also our family and therefore they are cuddled and well-adjusted to people before leaving for their new home. Some leave already knowing how to use the doggy door. We don’t have cages and everyone gets to come inside. We love getting to know our puppies and can offer guidance on the different personalities to help you make the right choice.
