Small family kennel in the Wairarapa. Our fabulous little dragons (Draganbeag is Gaelic for little dragon) are bred for temperament, function and conformation. Next litter planned for 2025 with cream Draganbeag Moana of Skulamus and sire drop ear silver Kometa Rossi Kaif. We aim for a litter every two years. We currently have two unrelated entire males (a silver drop and a black prick ear) and two entire girls. We are often at shows in the Lower North Island and occasionally Auckland and Christchurch. We are just starting out in RallyO and scent work but hope to be competing properly soon.

I have been part of the wonderful endangered breed since 1984. We started 2014 with late co-breeder Alex Maurer under the prefix NORDICOZSKY. Our foundation dogs come from top bloodlines from Finland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, and the US. They have produced wonderful type puppies. We health test our dogs prior to breeding with kidney and liver ultrasound scans, patella scoring, and elbow X-rays. The aim is to breed sound show quality Skyes with the best of temperaments for the best of homes. Our puppies are home-raised, well socialized, and surrounded by kids, to give them the best start in life. We hope to find like-minded owners to look after this precious endangered breed of dog. Little batman is ready for his forever home. He is 3 months old and full of love. Whilst he would excel in sports, he is not for showing or breeding. Batman is up to date with his vaccines and worming.
