We are a small breeding kennel located in Hamilton, breeding black and yellow Labradors (including foxred). Our focus is breeding healthy, active Labradors with great temperaments.

Our breeding dogs are health tested (with good results). This includes hip and elbow scores, annual eye certificates, and full DNA testing. Copies of these health test results are available if requested, and copies given to all new owners. Puppies are registered with DogsNZ (formerly NZKC) in their new owner's name.

We choose families for our puppies based on their knowledge of Labrador needs, and the home and love they can provide. We are proud of our puppies, and open to discussions about removing some breeding restrictions for informed labrador breeders.

We have a litter of black and yellow puppies whelped on the 22nd of October, and some are still available so please email us if you are interested in knowing more.

These puppies will be ready for their new homes just before Christmas, so please note that we never sell puppies as Christmas presents (never - no exceptions). Please also be aware that there will be an extra charge for puppies when we are asked to look after them after the 26th of December.

We are pleased to announce that Phoebe has had a litter of 9 puppies, whelped on the 22nd of October. The litter consists of 2 yellow puppies, 1 dog and 1 bitch, and 6 black puppies, 4 dogs and 2 bitches.

The dam and sire are health tested (with good results). This includes hip and elbow scores, annual eye certificates, and full DNA testing. Copies of these health test results are available if requested, and copies given to all new owners. Puppies are registered with DogsNZ (formerly NZKC) in their new owner's name.
