We would not consider anything that would jeopardise their health and wellbeing. I rarely breed, producing a very limited number of puppies, which are all house reared, creating friendly, and well socialised puppies. I do not breed to supplement my income, nor do I breed to make money. I carefully screen any potential new Griffon owners and have a very strict criteria that needs to be met. As I am responsible for breeding these wonderful dogs, it is my responsibility to ensure that they have the BEST loving forever homes.

What a fun charismatic breed, I was in love with them from the time I was little and to have our first one join our family in 2021 was just delightful. I always relate the breed to a cat in a dog body they are loving, outgoing fun and independent but love to cuddle and sleep on the couch, bed anywhere really. I have started out in agility with our first girl and she is incredible cannot wait to start trialing with her.

Welcome to Elwick Griffons. We are situated 75 kms South East of Melbourne in country Victoria. Griffons are a delightful, small breed of dog, full of personality and character. Definitely an "inside" dog they make wonderful pets and faithful companions. I am a member of Dogsvic and the Griffon club of Victoria and have been showing and breeding these little dogs for near on 10 years now having previously shown Borzoi and Greyhounds with much success. Using carefully selected lines, my aim is to breed for healthy dogs with beautiful Griffon type and soundness. I occasionally have puppies looking for their forever homes and welcome enquiries about this wonderful breed.
