Here at Arcticmate, we devote ourselves to the promotion and improvement of the breed. Our dogs are loving family members first and devoted show dogs second.
With this being said, We only breed to produce something special therefore puppies are rarely available.

We are located in the inner-city of Sydney and our dogs are much loved members of the family. Our dogs live with us at home. We do not re-house our older dogs - this is their permanent residence.

Our dogs are multi-award winners having won Best of Breed at the Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra Royals. Our oldest dog, Banjo at age 15 is a multi in-group and in-show winner, not retiring from the ring until he was 14.
We are proud of our independence and ethical stance on the issues of dog breeding and management. German Spitz do not do well when confined and require a high level of exercise each day.
