Dawnus Fields compete in a variety of sports in the performance arena and also excel in the show ring. Dawnus Fields currently compete in rally, agility, flyball, lure coursing, scentwork, endurance, working pack dog, bike joring, trick dog and of course showing. They truly are a verstatile breed and a wonderful family pet. Liver and black puppies sometimes available. Early expressions of interest in recommended - I do hold a waiting list but this is not a first come first serve basis - puppies are matched with the homes they best fit as per temperament and future endeavours. Breeding from health tested stock for true type, soundness and temperament. All our breeding dogs hold clear eye certificates, are hip and elbow scored and well as undergoing heart screening (echo) and thyroid testing. Located in the southwest of Sydney, Meadowbriar was home to Australia's top ranked Field Spaniel for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, and Australia's first Supreme Champion Field Spaniel in the history of the breed - Multi BIS & Multi BISS Supreme Champion Fieldspan Jammie Dodger (Dodger). Sadly, Dodger passed away in 2023. We are also home to Australia's DOL top ranked Field Spaniel bitch for 2011, 2012 & 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 prior to a showing hiatus in 2017. Add to that, we are also home to Australia's top ranked rising star for 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 prior to a showing hiatus in 2017. Since then, we only show sparingly with consistently successful results. We are very proud of our achievements. We have four adorable male Keeshond puppies ready to go to their loving new companion pet homes. They are 9 weeks old. These lovely pups have such easy loving natures, they are very calm and relaxed but won't shy away from a good play session. They also love their cuddles. Dad is the fun-loving Jonnie from Hunkeedori Keeshonds and Mum is the beautiful Amarlia (also breed by Katrina from Hunkeedori Keeshonds), she is intelligent & sweet. Pups can fly to you very easily if not in Hobart are. This breed is a loving companion dog that wants to live with you both indoors and out and become a member of the family. Due to the coat's wool composition and low allergenic content, it is ideal for allergy sufferers. They will grow to be a medium sized dog. Not only are they adorable ball of fluffs they are quick learners and love to please. They can be cheeky by nature and make you laugh out loud as they have very expressive faces. Excellent with kids and families, including single households and retired couples. Kees also get along very well with other pets. They are a very clean breed & easy to house train and learn new tricks as well.
