Bella obtained her Australian Championship with limited shows and well before she turned 1.
Maizie however, is more suited to supervising at shows.
This breed is an amazing lap dog, suited to car travel and love small sleeping arrangements which makes them great travel and van companions.
They do however love to hunt, which is what the breed was bred for. These pocket rockets are quick, quirky and loyal, giving more love to their owners than they can often handle, especially with their nose to nose greetings.

He is the most loving sweet boy. Loves to curl up in your lap, also loves nothing better than snuggling up next to you in bed.

We have available a “started puppy”.
This pup has been ‘run on’ so that we can assess the breeding and what characteristics have been inherited from the parents. We are thrilled with the outcome of this mating and have decided to retain several pups for ourselves.
Unfortunately, we can’t keep them all, so Roly is available to the right homes.
He is currently 6 months old and has commenced basic training, walking on the lead, sitting, staying, and most importantly coming when called.
Alongside the basic training he has been introduced to rabbits and birds, different terrain, and water.
He is keenly working rabbit scent and finding the joy of using their noses. True working spaniels as one would expect from Glastonpark.

I am thrilled to let people know that Straitswill Springer Spaniels is due to have a litter early November.

The dam is Straitswill Aami. Aami is 3 1/2 and this will be her first litter.
Aami is a gentle loving girl with lovely dark markings. She has a great nose on her and has proven herself during the duck hunting season. In saying that she also loves cuddles with myself, the wife and grandchildren. As a younger pup my grandson had her totally under control, before I did.

The sire is Wrangham Time and Again (Banjo). Banjo is 2 1/2 and it will also be his first litter. So I can’t wait to see the end result. I’ve had Banjo for 2 years and in that time he’s developed into a loving dog that’s full of life and always keen to work.

Aami’s mum, Penny only had 2 litters. She had some enormous teats that the pups had trouble latching onto. It just goes to show the nature of her mum, that Penny allowed my wife to put the pups onto teats right from the moment they were born, never showing any aggression, even as a first time mum. I wasn’t going to mate her again, but glad I did, as Aami was a result, and once again many hours were spent tending to the new pups.

As pets, English Springers need room to run and especially swim, they need exercise. They don’t do well just sitting around.

The pups come with 1st vaccination, wormed, microchipped, vet checked, full Pedigree Papers and freight paid to either Essendon Airport, Moorabbin Airport, Wynyard or Launceston Airports.
