We have had the privilege of being owned by Briards since 2003, and can safely say that we cannot imagine life without these joyous and intelligent dogs. Our dogs come from established Australian kennels with European lineage and we take pride and care in nurturing this ancient breed, with a focus on excellent temperaments and adaptability for either tending work, the show ring or just as a family member. We undertake all the relevant health testing of our dogs, and our puppies are born and raised inside our home.

As I am what you would call a newbie to this breed it does not mean that prior to purchasing my first Briard that there wasn't much study involved... 5 years later here we are. Funnily enough I was wanting a Light Fawn Bitch.....I ended up with a Black Dog, my now stunning Au Ch Oscar de la Manoliere (imp France). I had my fawn bitch on order when I was asked would I possibly be interested in a black dog knowing that I was wanting to show......not really was my initial response.....Now its history!! Since then I now have my Light Fawn Bitch thanks to Gav Haussmann from Aubrey Briards in New Zealand...Aubrey's Blonde Bombshell aka Hunni.(halfway to her Au Ch) title with very limited showing. I now have her son from her first litter as well Adam Trahlahlah Simply the Best!! A fawn stunner to say the least!!! Ms Hunni has had New Years Day 2024 2 fawn Boys and 5 gorgeous Black Girls dad is Mervaille Exquis Django son of the extremely well known Sel. Marco Polo du Coeur des Trésors a stunning Black dog from Belgium now born 1st January 24 continuing using European Bloodlines Django’s mother is from the very well-known Australian Breeder Tiahart Kennels she is the lovely Tiahart Miss Monroe!! The Glenine prefix has been breeding working dogs since first being registered in 1948. We are now second generation registered breeders, with hopes to pass on this wealth of knowledge to a third generation. Briards are first and foremost a working dog. They love to work and to please their human families. They are just as happy in the paddock as on the couch, but need leadership. We breed to the standard for a well balanced (both mentally and physically) and well put together dog that can be a loving member of the family as well as being able to compete in desired disciplines, be it the show ring, herding etc.

We, Andreas and Carmen both originally from Germany and living in the beautiful surroundings of Adelaide/South Australia since 2005, have established the kennel CARMANDY BRIARDS in 2014. We are aiming to breed high quality Briards for the love and enjoyment of these wonderful breed. Our dogs are above all family companions and of course live in the house with us. Our focus is on maintaining the breed characteristics and not on producing numbers and of course we are testing for hereditary diseases!! Puppies are born and raised in the house, with permanent human interactions. We also raise our puppies with the puppy culture program from day 3 of their life, including Early Neurological Stimulation, Emotional Resiliency Exercises, Safe Early Socialisation, The Enrichment Affects, Puppy Parties, Puzzle Games and Problem Solving, Anti Aggression Protocols, Leash Walking, Clicker Training, Potty Training, Crate Training, Manding, Problem Prevention and much more... Narbrisse - located in Adelaide - is a top Briard kennel in Australia. Liz Bennett has been proudly breeding and campaigning Briards continuously for 44 years and her current dogs are a successful and carefully selected combination of leading UK, European and Australian bloodlines. Liz has a number of highly titled Briards. Prior to the COVID-19 hiatus, Narbrisse was campaigning up to 10 show Briards with several regularly attracting awards. Since March 2020, opportunities to campaign dogs have been far more limited and challenging with so many travel restrictions and show cancellations. Notwithstanding this, we are currently campaigning three very promising Briards. All Narbrisse breeding stock are hip scored and CSNB tested to ensure we maintain soundness in our bloodlines. In recognition of the historical “working” ethic and purpose of the breed, we strive to maintain this through careful and planned breeding. Narbrisse has imported a number of quality Briards to complement and enhance the breed's bloodlines in Australia. When we have Briard puppies available we check to ensure the new owners understand the breed and have an appropriate set-up to welcome their new dog and we maintain an on-going interest in all Briards we place elsewhere – whether in a pet home, or as show dogs. I have welcomed a lovely big litter from my Eos and Eireann. Puppies will be ready to go home just after Christmas Litter is PLN clear by parentage. All puppies seem to have heavy coat type Both parents have wonderful temperaments and are socialised well. All my dogs are always pets first before anything and puppies will be raised in my home. We are thrilled to announce that we are expecting puppies. We have a confirmed pregnancy and our reproduction specialist vet has said to expect a large litter. Puppies due the 12th of January and going to homes anytime from approx the 9th of March. Both parents of these babies are chill, friendly and characteristically obsessed with their humans. Both are undemanding dogs who rarely bark. Both pareents are around 17.5kgs so we are expecting regular size Wheatens. There are some smaller dogs in the pedigree so smaller is possible although less likely with this litter.
