ABOUT ME - As President of the Australian Prague Ratter Club & the country's longest-standing breeder, I have been dedicated to preserving and enhancing the breed in Australia since 2008. I am committed to the highest standards by importing top-quality Prague Ratters from the Czech Republic. I carefully source dogs from award-winning breeders to ensure health, temperament, & conformation excellence. My efforts have helped establish a strong and growing presence for the Prague Ratter in Australia. HISTORY - The Prazsky Krysarik, or Prague Ratter, is a rare breed with a history dating back to the 8th century. Originating in the Czech Republic, these dogs were once cherished by nobility & royalty, often gifted to foreign rulers as symbols of diplomacy & friendship. Initially favoured for their elegance & agility in royal courts, Prague Ratters later became popular among commoners for their rat-hunting skills. TEMPERAMENT - Known for their intelligence, ease of training, and affectionate nature, Prague Ratters are agile, quick, & display natural nobility. They are slightly reserved with strangers but incredibly loyal & friendly within their families, thriving on human companionship & involvement in daily life. Gentle, curious, and loving, they are ideal companions for all ages.

We are excited to announce that we are expecting puppies to arrive on New Year’s Eve! SIRE: INT. CH. KLAJOKLIU SUO YOU ROCK MY WORLD (LTU) DAM: ALASKAMAL BWITHU LANA This long-awaited and carefully planned litter combines some of the best international lines available. Both parents have fantastic health results and all puppies from this litter will be health tested prior to leaving for their forever homes, including Aces Eye Test, Bile Acid Test and DNA profiled. They are also vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and wormed. Copies of all health tests are provided to new owners. Our aim is to breed happy, healthy long-living dogs that are of sound mind and body. Puppies will be raised in our home following the Puppy Culture protocols. This comprehensive socialisation and training program is based on the premise that ‘the puppy always leads the learning and puppies learn best by appropriate experiences at the appropriate time’. This includes providing the puppies with exposure to a variety of experiences which will give them a solid foundation for developing into confident, well-adjusted dogs. Babies and their new owners take home an amazing puppy pack, along with an information booklet to give you all the information you need to start their new life.I will also provide ongoing help and support for all my babies throughout their entire life. Both parents are hip and elbow scored and have had their eye (including Gonioscopy) testing. Both parents are confident show dogs and have happy temperaments. The parents are a combination of some beautiful European and Australian lines and show all the desirable hallmarks of the breed.
