I fell in love with this breed 15 years ago when I was introduced by the lady who is responsible for bringing the first Portuguese Podengo to Australia. I have been breeding Podengo Small Smooth Haired for over 10 years. This versatile breed excels at pretty much anything they try. They are smart, sweet little dogs with a great sense of humour. They never really take anything too seriously & lighten even the darkest of days with their joyful antics. Alarves Podengos have been successful in the show ring all over Australia: Winning Best Of Breed at Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne Royal Shows for seven years in a row. Winning Best Of Breed at Sydney Royal with the largest entry of 17 Podengos and awarded Junior in the Hound Group at the 2017 Royal Queensland Show. Alarves Podengos are proud to have bred the only Podengo in Australia to have been awarded Best In Group (Group 1st) of the Hound Group and Runner Up to Best In Show (BIS 2nd). Alarves Podengos also compete successfully in other dogs sports such as Obedience, Agility, Scentwork, Lure Coursing & SprintDog (100m sprint), both here in Australia and in New Zealand. Alarves are proud to have bred the only Podengos in Australia to gain their lure coursing titles of Coursing Ability to Coursing Ability Masters. The ideal companion to sleep at your feet or share your days with.

Over 20 years of breeding, showing and grooming experience with cairn terriers. The prefix was Banmhor. I was on the hunt for a small breed without the coat care of a cairn terrrier. I contacted Annika from Sleykh kennels in 2016, she had a little bitch available. I took the chance and this little girl arrived sitting in the back of the crate at the airport very overwhelmed. Little Vida is my precious old girl now. Her sister arrived with us a year later in 2017. We bred the first litter in WA in 2018 under the Sleykh prefix. The mission is to promote and show others how incredible a Podengo is, the perfect little companion. One POD will lead to two! In April 2024 our first litter will be born under our own Prefix Westengo. Thanks to Annika Oksa, Sleykh kennels for all help and support over the past 8 years.

The Portuguese Podengo was introduced into the Ballahond Kennels in 2010. Quality and soundness is foremost when considering this small, active and intelligent breed. Ballahond has promoted these attributes and gained success in the show and dog sports with titles in conformation Showing, Rally Obedience, and Earthdog trials.

We have a gorgeous litter of 8 wonderful healthy Golden Retriever pups! Pups are able to go to their new loving homes from the 7th of November! We have currently got some girls and boys available. Pups are ANKC Registered Purebred with papers. Puppies will come with Puppy Information packs full of information, gift pack, free bag of Royal Canin puppy food, vaccination booklet, and x4 weeks free puppy insurance. puppies comes vet checked, vaccinated and microchipped, wormed every x2 weeks from birth and receive basic house training + toilet training to help them settle into their new exciting lives! We put a lot of time and effort into preparing pups for their new lives. We are pleased to confirm that puppies are due at the beginning of December 2024 Ch Alubyc The Brown Dirt Cowboy (Teddi) X Alubyc Senza Madonna (Sky) We are a small family breeder, puppies raised in the home, around the family. Parents have of course had the required health testing, super temperament as one would want from dogs being used for breeding. All of that information will be provided in the puppy package that comes with your puppy. Your puppy will come with a 'Puppy Package' which will consist of full heath testing for both sire and dam, food, blanket, toy, Golden Retriever Book, diet booklet, vaccination certificate and limited register pedigree information. I have a lot of years experience with my dogs, which have been carefully selected based on their bloodlines and conformation. It is very important to be able to know the lines behind the dogs that are being bred from. Both parent s are at home and can be seen when visiting the puppies. Arushi is eagerly anticipating our next litter of pups in December 2024 and they will be ready for their new homes in February 2024. Our focus is on breeding pups with a emphasis on temperament and good health. We have been breeding golden retrievers for many years and they are raised in a lovely environment for puppy development and well socialised. Both parents are fully registered and the relevant certificates for hip and elbow, clear eyes etc are available for both parents.
