Home of Australia's only Supreme Champion Mastiff - Sup. Ch. Mastdoch Big River Burning. Also home of the first BEST IN SHOW awarded mastiff at an all breed championship show and the first Grand Champion titled dog in the country. Dogzonline number 1 breeder and exhibitor for 7 consecutive years. Mastdoch was founded by Peter & Karen Docherty who first imported a Mastiff from Bredwardine Kennels in 1992 from the UK. Over the years we have produced multiple Best In Show and Best in Group winners (all breeds Champ level). We breed and exhibit all 3 colours. All of our breeding dogs are health tested for cystinuria, PRA, CMR1, DM and are hip and elbow scored. Membership number - 2100078232

We live on a 145 acre property just outside Bathurst NSW, we have owned and loved pure bred Mastiff's since 1998. We currently have 6 Mastiff's in our family. Our Mastiffs have been hip & elbow scored and DNA tested with My Dog DNA. Just like the majority of Mastiff owners we fell in love with this large breeds gentle, loyal and calming friendly nature, making them the perfect companion & guardian for our family, and would like to do our little bit to help protect and preserve The Mastiff. Located in beautiful Port Stephens, half an hour north of Newcastle. We will only breed from healthy, sound animals that are health tested as we attempt to breed for soundness and correct Mastiff temperament and type. We have a black and white male available - ready in 8 weeks. We breed every litter with the intention to retain a pup for show/breeding and as a result quality puppies are available to pet homes. We do not breed to supply a pet market. Puppies can go to their new homes from 8 weeks of age. - All pet puppies will be registered with DOGS NSW on the Limited Register. - Wormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age. - Vet checked and vaccinated (C3) at 7 weeks. - Microchipped and registered both on NSW Companion Animal and Australasian Animal Registry databases. - All puppies take home a comprehensive puppy pack including 1.5kg bag of Royal Canin Mini Puppy and bowl, blanket with familiar smells, toys, and folder with all documents, photos and copies of parents health certs. - 30 days free Trupanion pet insurance. Puppies are born and raised inside our home so are used to all household activities and noises. They are well socialised with large and small dogs and a range of farm animals, have had nails trimmed regularly, been bathed, groomed and trained to use an artificial grass "Pet Potty Mat". We can arrange transport nationwide by air ex CBR or by road in NSW/VIC with GTE Dog transport. Pet puppies are $2,000 on the Limited Register - Main register POA.

All puppies are registered with DogsNSW on limited register papers. Puppies will take to their new home a informative puppy booklet which includes diet information, health testing and vaccination details etc We raise all of our puppies in the house and have wide exposure to noises and other animals in the household and outside while exploring our property.
