AJMONTGOLD is a family kennel established in 2019
Through our love of Golden Retrievers, training canines and after years of an amazing journey of education within the breeding community, AJMONTGOLD commenced breeding our own line with an emphasis on breeding for excellent quality, health and temperament.

Our aim is to breed only the highest standard of Goldens from well trusted and tested lines. Our emphasis is providing dogs for therapy, support and assistance however will at times have availability for companion/family pets. All our dogs are raised in a home environment on our property and socialised with young children, teens and adults as well as a variety of animals.

We only breed from ANKC health tested, registered, quality Golden Retrievers. Hips, elbows, heart and eye tests are completed.

We are current members of Dogs QLD and the Golden Retriever Club of Queensland.

We are ANKC registered 4100252593 and members of the Golden Retriever Club of Qld.

We are located close to the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie, and our dogs love going for a walk along the waterfront every day. Our four girls and two ragdoll cats, are part of our family and we currently have three active Delta Therapy Dogs who make visits each week to two local hospitals and the Support students at a local High School and Special School for students with special needs. We breed for temperament and health, and source the best stud dogs from both Montego Goldens and Goldbrior Retrievers. We currently have one breeding female. All our girls have had all the health checks done for the breed - Eye, Heart, DNA and all have low Hip Scores and Ichthyosis Clear, as do the stud dogs that we use.
