Ebonjet schipperkes breed both cream and black schipperkes from English and Nz bloodlines. We are a small kennel that breeds/shows as much as work and family allows. Enquiries welcome on our dogs. Our puppies are raised in a home environment and come complete with their tails.

He achieved his Supreme Title over 1000 points and multiple BIG's. We breed to improve on temperament and sometimes have puppies and older Schipperkes who make excellent lounge lizards and perfect companion dogs. I am a Toy, Gundog, Hound, Non Sporting, and Terrier judge and Gundog Retrieving Ability Test judge. Over 40 years experience in exhibiting, training and development of our chosen breeds. Sunfire-a name well known in American Cocker and Sussex spaniels and we have now added schipperkes to the mix! First there was Speedi (Sup Ch Monterrez Star Kingdom ) Schipperke of the year 2019 -DOL Show dog of the year. He was followed by Sup Ch Monterrez Watch this Space and in 2019 after a visit to the Schipperke National in the USA in partnership with Marjory Adkins Graham Cruse and Neil Curwin Am Gr /Aust Supreme Ch Rivendel's Forged in Fire (imp USA) joined the team.2021 will see the first litter of Sunfire skips ! 2022 will see the start of our NBT breeding program incorporating our American lines

The "B" litter of "Tenarda" Murray River Retrievers arrived on 20/11/2024 - 2 boys and 2 girls. Mum "Abby" has settled into motherhood again and Dad "Bruce" is making 'no comment' at this stage. We beleve that this is only the second litter of Dogs Australia registered in Queensland. We are proud to be involved with this breed after over 50 years of successful breeding of Labrador Retrievers and over 40 years with Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. Results speak for themselves.
