Est 1989. We are honoured to be recognized as the sole remaining founding German Pinscher breeder in Australia. With a legacy dating back to our inception, we take immense pride in our distinguished history. Together, we laid the foundation for the German Pinscher breeding landscape in Australia. All contributing unique insights. and 5 IMPORTED dogs within the first 8 years, to enrich the breed's genetic diversity.

Our journey began alongside three other founding breeders:

Conducting all breed health screenings and adhering to breed standards to produce offspring of top quality. We advocate for responsible pet ownership and strive to educate prospective owners about the unique needs and characteristics of the German Pinscher breed. Home of the Only All Breeds Best In Show Winner

Almost 30 years ago we were introduced to a stagnant gene pool from multiple inbreedings of Father daughter, grandfather - grand daughter and multiple repeat breedings of the same sire- dam by founding breeders.

From 1996 We imported several new lines. Studs / semen, bitches in whelp, as dedication to improving & preserving the breed here for multi generations to come. Arguably we have imported more viable fresh genes into Oz than any other. Something we are extremely proud of & has benefitted breeders here & around the world.
We have produced more quality Champions, Most Awarded show dogs, More consistent wins, and higher ranked dogs, than any other GP kennel.

After an 8 year absence from breeding in Oz with co breedings in the US, We returned to the ring here in 2018 with our US lines & within 18 months, took our place at the top with consistently winning classes in Show, runner up in groups and cracking the Best in Group honours more often than, and far surpassing any other GP breeder in Australia.

The love to this type of breed was started in the year 2002 when I started in showing, training and breeding Miniature Pinscher and Dobermann. We are now showing, training and breeding German Pinscher which has the same type but in the middle size.

Our Dogs have excellent temperaments to suit Family companions, Obedience, and Confirmation show. Have hip & elbow scored, DNA tests and clear eyes certificate.

I was the winner of the Dogs Victoria Obedience State Championship 2013

I won 1st place, Hight in Trial, and Owner handler on the German Shepherd Club of Victoria Obedience State Championship 2013

We believe in matching the right dog to the right person and spend quality time with our pups playing and assessing their characters.

Lemanko Kennel aims to contribute to the preservation and betterment of this wonderful breed.
My involvement with the breed began back in 1999. I have trained and titled German Pinschers in obedience, jumping, agility, endurance and conformation showing.
The German Pinscher is truly a versatile capable breed and there wouldn't be a dog sport that they aren't good at. I am passionate about sharing this medium sized, wash and wear dog with anyone who thinks it might be the breed for them. However a word of caution, they are not a breed for everybody. Don't underestimate them because of their beautiful angelic faces and handy size, they are not to be taken lightly. Please do your research before deciding if you have room in your life for a dog with endless energy, it's own mind and undivided loyalty.

I breed for temperament and health and all breeding stock are fully health tested and come from multi generations of health tested dogs.
My dogs are raised in my home and are my companions first and foremost. All puppies bred by Lemanko come with lifetime guaranteed support.

We are thrilled to announce that we have available black/tan female puppies available. The puppies were born on April 26th and they are ready to go to their new home now.

Both dam and sire of the litter are Australian Champion title and have outstanding bloodlines. Both of the parents also have been thru various health tested, which are hips & elbows scored, DNA tested, clear eyes certificate and clear heart certificate. We are expecting a high quality Black/Tan puppies from this combination.

The puppies are bringing up in a family environment with the up most care, love and attention. They are also handled by my 2 children aged 13 years old and 15 years old. They will undergo a wide variety of different types of socialization including with our older dogs. We would like to prepare the puppies as much as we can to make them become an easy dog to live with.
