A successful breeder and exhibitor of sound and sweet natured Cockers, with over forty years involvement in the breed. Over the years there have been many dogs that have had successful showring careers. Many notable winners from this kennel include Ch Donnas Envoy, winner of the first C.C. awarded at a Cocker "National" in Australia. Owner and exhibitor of the first Grand Champion Cocker Spaniel in Western Australia. Emphasis is placed on temperament & physical soundness as well as breed characteristics and type. When breeding, health is always carefully considered with the requisite DNA testing always done and attention paid to the maintenance of low COI's.

AMBADEL is a boutique kennel based on Peppercorn Farm in the Avon Valley region of WA, 5kms from the town of York. With only 2 breeding bitches who are also our pets, we are very small with a focus on rearing sound healthy puppies with beautiful temperaments suited as pets and companions. Our beautiful chocolate and golden girls live inside with us, as do the puppies. They also enjoy the space in our large garden and paddocks on our hobby farm. We are pleased to announce the arrival of a litter of gorgeous black & white and blue roan puppies. Both parents have beautiful pedigrees featuring many outstanding dogs. Cocker spaniel puppies available from uk imported working/field trial bloodlines. Best suited for active families/individuals. These dogs will excel as hunting dogs and in dog sports such as agility. They are not couch potatoes and require the same amount of stimulation/exercise as a kelpie or border collie. Both parents have great temperaments and get along with everyone. They are DNA profiled and tested for PRA, FN, AMS and EIC. All are common, preventable diseases found in cockers. PRA causes blindness and FN causes death! The father of these guys is a UK import. He has been hip and elbow xrayed. Registered breeder with Dogswest. Puppies have been vaccinated, vet checked, microchipped, wormed and treated with revolution.
