At CLAIRESCOTTS we breed not only for confirmation but for soundness in temperament so that our dogs and their owners can, if they wish, compete in dog sports. Our collies are working dogs but above all make the most wonderful family members. We are located in Queensland Australia and assist the owners of our dogs to achieve in as much or as little of their chosen discipline, whether that be for dog showing, obedience, rally O, dance with dogs, agility etc. Consequently, all of our dogs are hip & elbow scored, along with DNA testing to ensure that we can breed the healthiest puppies to our ability. Stormypine Collies are raised in a rural environment in the Hunter Valley of NSW. They happily co-exist with the sounds and sights of local wildlife and horses. They are equally at home curled up indoors, playing and 'napping' outside, riding in the car or being taken for a walk in town.
Ch. Stormypine Snow Dancer (Keira) has been the most consistent winner - Sydney Royal Easter Show, Collie Specialty and All Breeds Shows.
Our three generations of Collies at home include Callum (Blue Merle 3 years) and young Tri colour female Socks.
Stormypine puppies are carefully bred from both English and Australian lines, in Sable, Tricolour and Blue Merle.
Trefoilian Collies are located on the Northern Tablelands close to Armidale, NSW. We specialise in blue merle and tricolour collies. Our collies have earned champion and obedience titles. They are bred for soundness, both physically and mentally. They enjoy a rural lifestyle, clean air, while spending much time inside the house as part of the family.
Our champion stud dog, Ch. YIELD TO NONE NERO DI CAMBIANO, is imported from the famous Cambiano kennels in Italy and is a blue-bred tricolour. "Pasta" is CEA clinically clear (+/- by DNA test) and has an excellent hip and elbow score ( HD-A Elbows 0/0). He is a son of the famous International Champion and Top Stud Dog "PIAF" - Int. Ch. One Extraordinary Blu di Cambiano. Both dogs were bred by Maria Teresa Garabelli in Italy.
