Home of quality Bracco Italianos from well respected European Kennel/imported bloodlines. I have owned and loved Braccos since 2019 now wouldn't have any other breed! They are wonderful family dogs. I bred my first litter from my foundation girl, bred in Australia by Arnkay kennel. She was very successful in the show ring and her offspring currently being shown are the top 3 Rising Stars nationally in the breed for 2023. My litters are born and raised in my home.

Finally the Bracco Italiano has been recognised by the ANKC! A well known FCI breed throughout Europe, the Bracco Italiano has been a common face amongst the in Group and In Show line-up for more than a decade. The Bracco is an active hunt, point and retrieve dog of ancient origin able to cover considerable ground over rough terrain using both sight and their well developed scenting skills in the hunt. Diva is the first Bracco to arrive in Oz. Her sire is a multi-BIG winner with BIS placings and was for some time the leading Gundog in Europe. Diva herself won BIG at her first outing at TAMPERE PUPPY SHOW 20.5.2006 and was shown throughout Europe winning multiple BOB's against large Open age entries, herself being only 7 to 8mths of age. Look out for Diva under International judges as we show only rarely and our main focus will be to exhibit her under European judges. Unfortunately due to difficulties with breed recognition taking so much time Diva has been a difficult breeder but after stem cell treatment has produced 2 more boys to Axel. We will be trying to breed her again in the hopes of getting that elusive girl!

We are currently taking expressions of interest in future litter of Bracco Italiano. We have been lucky enough to introduce the Bracco Italiano to WA. Our foundation Bracchi is Cinque - Ch. Arnkay Destino Dei Cinque won Baby in Show at her first show and has continued to go on and win multiple classes in Group and Runner-up in Group awards. She also was the No 1. Rising Star Gundog of 2022. Cinque was the first Bracco Italiano in Australia to achieve their International Beauty Title (C.I.B) She has successfully completed in Scentwork trials and was the first Bracco Italiano to obtain their Scentwork Novice title. Her father is one of the few Supreme Champions of the breed and her grandmother was the first female Supreme Champion. Katrina’s family has been involved in English Setters since 1972. As a couple we acquired our first Pointer in 2002. In 2013 Alex (Supreme Ch HiPoint Alessio) came into our life and we became hooked on the Bracco Italiano. Betty (Supreme Ch HiPoint Bettina) soon followed and is the Mother to our first litter, of which has been very successful in the ring and the whelping box. Our Dogs are raised inside our home and we are hoping to breed our next litter some time in 2025.

We are thrilled to announce we have puppies at Penita. Puppies were born 10th October. This is a repeat of our last litter which produced lovely puppies from Jacko and queenie. we have male and female liver and white puppies. Both parents have been health tested for the appropriate diseases in English Springer Spaniels. Puppies will be registered with the Tasmanian Canine Association, and will come vaccinated (1st vaccination), microchipped , wormed and vet checked.

Aami has delivered 7 healthy pups. 4 boys & 3 girls. They are a beautiful dark liver and white. There are still 2 males available to selected people. The dam is Straitswill Aami. Aami is 3 1/2 and this will be her first litter. Aami is a gentle loving girl with lovely dark markings. She has a great nose on her and has proven herself during the duck and pheasant hunting season. In saying that she also loves cuddles with myself, the wife and grandchildren. As a younger pup my grandson had her totally under control, before I did. The sire is Wrangham Time and Again (Banjo). Banjo is 2 1/2 and it will also be his first litter. So I cannot wait to see the end result. I have had Banjo for 2 years and in that time he has developed into a loving dog that's full of life and always keen to work. Aami's mum, Penny only had 2 litters. She had enormous teats that the pups had trouble latching onto. It just goes to show the nature of her mum, that Penny allowed my wife to put the pups onto teats right from the moment they were born, never showing any aggression, even as a first time mum. I was not going to mate her again, but glad I did, as Aami was a result. As pets, English Springers need room to run and especially swim, they need exercise. They do not do well just sitting around. The pups come with 1st vaccination, wormed, microchipped, vet checked, full Pedigree Papers and freight paid to either Essendon Airport, Moorabbin Airport, Wynyard or Launceston Airports.

We have a beautiful litter of liver and white pups with both male and females available. These pups come from some of the best working gun dog lines in Australia. Our pups make excellent gun dogs, detection dogs and loyal companions. These pups will be available to go to their new homes from 2nd January 2025 when they will be 8 weeks old. Pups will come micro-chipped, vet checked, first vaccination, pedigree papers and will be wormed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Pups are handled every day and socialised with adults and children.
