MOLOSCYG Bracco Italiano and MOLOSCYG Dogue de Bordeaux

Finally the Bracco Italiano has been recognised by the ANKC! A well known FCI breed throughout Europe, the Bracco Italiano has been a common face amongst the in Group and In Show line-up for more than a decade. The Bracco is an active hunt, point and retrieve dog of ancient origin able to cover considerable ground over rough terrain using both sight and their well developed scenting skills in the hunt. Diva is the first Bracco to arrive in Oz. Her sire is a multi-BIG winner with BIS placings and was for some time the leading Gundog in Europe. Diva herself won BIG at her first outing at TAMPERE PUPPY SHOW 20.5.2006 and was shown throughout Europe winning multiple BOB's against large Open age entries, herself being only 7 to 8mths of age. Look out for Diva under International judges as we show only rarely and our main focus will be to exhibit her under European judges. Unfortunately due to difficulties with breed recognition taking so much time Diva has been a difficult breeder but after stem cell treatment has produced 2 more boys to Axel. We will be trying to breed her again in the hopes of getting that elusive girl!

One of Oz's top kennels - BOB at 18 Royals under Int/Eur Judges (& RuBOB @ 19) last 8 years + multiple group placings at this level. Home to multi BIG & Allbreeds BIS Gr CH Tazz (own bred in the UK). We don't compete in the DOL point score as we are unable to show that often due to work & study commitments but our dogs have done exceptionally well both here & overseas incl under breed specialist Judges. During 18 years involvement in the breed we've made 5 trips to the French Clubmatch, 2 to the Dutch + World/Euro Shows & Italian CM + many kennel visits. We've also judged the breed in Europe. We've imported 16 dogs from Europe + frozen semen & exported to Finland, Norway, USA & NZ. All breeding dogs are hip/elbow + PennHIP scored and heart certified by ECG and colour Doppler. Home of many HD free Dogues! We breed to the standard for type, construction & movement, aiming for the best of health from Internationally proven bloodlines. Carefully progressing our magnificent breed with no inbreeding & always looking forward in breeding away from the over used lines of today!
