We at Neringa have owned and exhibited this beautiful breed for some 14 years successfully, taking 4 RBTS to their title. . We have imported 2 dogs, 1 from Finland and 1 from Russia via the United States. Soundness and quality temperaments are imperative and we believe we have a good solid grounding in all the hallmarks of the Russian Black Terrier.

Russia is the home country of the Black Russian Terrier (BRT) and is also my native country. I started breeding and showing these beautiful dogs in Russia in 1991, using some of best blood lines available in Moscow. It was a delight to be able to obtain a BRT puppy CH Yarrawon Catarina (CASSIE) from Rod Maruff here in Melbourne 20 years ago and start my own Ruslana Kennel . In 2019 we got the new champion and BOB winner on Melbourne Royal show Ruslana Harvard (owner Terry Lia) which become stud dog for our kennel. RUSLANA Jezabell finishes her Champion title and get all her health tests with a great results. OGARAF Kennels is a celebrated RUSSIAN BLACK TERRIER breeder, based in Mt. Evelyn, Victoria. I have been involved in the breeding of dogs since 1980's. Initially, breeding the Rottweiler, and from 2003 serious involved with the BRT. I have been involved in the dog show confirmation aspect as well as obedience training. I endeavour and strive to breed sound, healthy and strong dogs, and aim to educate their new owners, to ensure these precious and beautiful dogs obtain the love, care and attention they deserve. After falling in love with this breed we have imported some of the best blood lines from the top kennels in Russia's Novosibirsk and Moscow regions, into Australia. Our breeding program is based on imports from Russia which is a very difficult task due to Australia's quarantine regulations. To date, we have imported five Russian Black Terrier's. We have also created an extensive bank of imported frozen semen from top males to strengthen our breeding program. Our puppies are whelped and raised on our property, receiving round the clock care. It would be an understatement to tell you that we are in love with this breed. Our BRTs are a very important part of the family and are first and foremost well-loved companions. They receive the love, attention, exercise and training that they require and deserve. BRT’s will do best living with their human family, bonding with each member to become devoted friends, companions and protectors. Escadrille were first established in the early 1990's at which time we owned, showed and bred Dobermann's. We first met and fell in love with these majestic black beauties in 2008 they are highly intelligent, confident dogs. The Russian Black Terrier is an indoor breed and would not be suitable for new owners that have the intention of leaving their Russian Black Terrier outside. We bought our first Russian black Terrier in 2009 and since then we can't in-visage not having a blackie in our family. We have bred dog's that have become family pet's, therapy dogs and some that have become Champions and Supreme champions in the show ring here in Victoria interstate and Tasmania. Our dog's and puppies are raised in our family home with lot's of love and care, we welcome you to arrange a visit to meet and spend some time with our dog's. Our dog's have been tested for HD-A/A, HUU-N/HU, JLPP-N/N and we would be happy to provide a copy of the results to genuine buyers. I am excited to announce that that long awaited litter from my amazing bitch OGARAF ANYA with the new stunning and very handsome stud CH. TVORIMIR RAMBO owned by Svetlana Belousova (0422023049) has arrived sound and safe. There were 5 boys and 1 girl and were born on the 23/06/2024. Presently I have two wonderful young males who are still waiting for their forever families - they are nearly 21 weeks old. They have attended their vet appointment to have their microchip implant and have passed their physical examinations with flying colours. In addition, they have been fully vaccinated and and finally, they have been genetically tested. ( which is available to be viewed on request). All inquiries are welcomed.

Health testing available to view from both parents, we welcome visitors to come and meet us and our pups and Dam. All pups are DNA screened, registered with Dogs NZ and the companion animal register prior to leaving the kennel as well as coming with an extensive puppy pack and lifetime breeder support. All puppies also complete both an ESI and ENS program between 3-16 days old. Pups spend most of their time outside playing and exploring although have free access to come back inside as they want.
