We are a small kennel dedicated to producing quality not quantity Alaskan Malamutes. Our dogs are bred for their temperament and excellent conformation.
Winners of numerous AMCV conformation pointscore classes. Achieving numerous WPD, WPDX, ROA awards.
Our dogs have excelled in the show ring, and as working dogs. They are also much loved and spoilt family pets.
Annakpok breeds for health, structure, conformation, tempermant and quality. Not quanitity.
There is American, Canadian & Australian Champion, Grand Champion & Supreme's, behind all my dogs. Yrs have been spent importing semen & dogs from Canada, America, England, Russia & Belarus, & careful bloodline research - to weed out health issues to improve our breed.
I only breed really when I want to add to my own pack, and dont breed too often, because I always end up keeping a pup... or 2. They are my babies first, and show dogs second. I barely show due to work commitments.
I drove them all across the country, from Perth to Queensland, in order to find acreage for them. We don't have kennels, and they all play with the cows, and swim in the dam. My dogs are very well balanced, also as I am qualified in behaviour.
Most my mals run together, which is quite rare, and all help raise the pups, so they are very well socialised when going to their new forever homes.
All puppies come vaccinated, wormed, health checked, micro-chipped and registered with Dogs Queensland. Also supplied with a puppy pack, and life long support. Intestate travel can easily be arranged at your cost.
Waiting lists are done for all litters, after you complete a puppy enquiry form.
Genuine enquiries welcome. Please no one liners, and initial contact via email.

Polarhikes journey begun to develop at the addition of our first Alaskan Malamute, Duke, in 2011.
After several years of fostering through a breed specific rescue, we decided we wanted to leave our mark in the malamute community, producing sound, healthy, workable dogs as they had always been intended to be.
Our aim was always and will always be to honour our breed standard in both confirmation but also healthy working drive.
We actively compete in sports with our dogs.
We are very passionate about honouring their initial function as a working dog first.
We have run dog teams from 1 dog up to 8 dogs, run 100s if not 1000s of accumulative kilometres in harness.
While taking a break from competing over the last few years, you can still find us out on the trails around events to train up our youngsters.
Our dogs have really etched their names in the Australian weight pull scene. To date we have titled 6 dogs to their WWPD titles and 3 to their WWPDX.
4 seperate dogs breaking an impressive 1035kgs.
Even more impressive, two or those dogs are girls!
We are also home to multiple champion/grand champion in the conformation ring.
Our dogs have been received well in the show ring especially our foundation bitch Moro who achieved her Grand Championship by 3 years of age.
Our goal is to represent this breed for what they are supposed to be, a working breed of tremendous strength, endurance and beauty.

Alaskan Malamutes raised in a loving home environment with a goal to breed quality, versatile mals with sound temperaments, health, structure, movement and type. All health checks prior to breeding.
Fortunate to have our foundation based on the lines & dogs we have always admired, we hope to continue & build on the quality of generations our breeders have achieved before us. Working primarily with Nanuke and Frostfield (pure kotzebues) and those kennels connected, with the addition of some special individual dogs from Winterchill and Adair n Hug.
We hope to be competitive in all areas (be it working, the show ring, wherever), but not at the threat of losing quality or integrity, or losing sight of what brought us here. The BREED, as family members and the breed's future, is far more important to us. "Family first, all else takes second place"
We are more than happy to work with those who have the Breed truly at heart, who believe in Honesty, & who have a Positive attitude to the future of the breed and to each other.
No litters planned until 2020 or beyond, while we wait for the next generation to mature. Enquiries still welcome.

We are a small breeding kennel based north of Perth, WA. Our first malamute was welcomed into our home in 2005 and we only breed when needing our next working/show dogs. All our dogs participate in dryland dog sledding in winter and most form part of our dog show team over the summer months.
We breed for temperament, working ability, soundness and quality, using proven lines from Australia and the USA. Our dogs originate from Tuvaaqan Alaskan Malamutes in South Australia and we work closely with them in terms of breedings.

Delilah
Female
D.O.B June 2023
Microchip number 956000016593794
Adoption Fee: $350
Why, why, why Delilah? Just why is such a sweet, young girl like you looking for a new home? We really don’t know, as Delilah was a stray and ended up at the pound, so we have no background on her.
Delilah is a real sweetheart, she loves nothing more than a cuddle and tummy rub, but she’s also happy just chillin’ by the back door.
She can jump up on people if she is not instructed otherwise and her manners aren’t always the best, so even though Delilah has basic training her new family will need to be prepared to reinforce good behaviour. For this reason, any children in her new home will need to be at least in their teen years.
Food? Hell yeah! Like any typical Malamute food is something of very high importance, so feeding times are when she definitely needs to be separated from her doggy companion. She will sit and wait for her food though, so she has been taught some manners!
Digging? Of Course! Like any typical Malamute Delilah loves to entertain herself by getting stuck into a bit of garden excavating, and of course chewing stuff!
Rough play? Why Not! She’s young, she’s energetic and she loves some exuberant rough-housing and zoomies with her fur-buddy, but her companion must be a male dog. Some female dogs she will politely tolerate at a distance if they are non-reactive but, like any typical Mally girl, Delilah is not friendly to all female dogs.
Cats and other animals? Definite no! Like any typical Malamute, Delilah has a strong instinct to hunt and chase, so there can be no cats or other pets in the household, and fences need to be strong, dig-proof and at least 5 foot high. Walks must always be on lead, and other than when she spots some critter of interest on her walks, she is quite well behaved on lead.
We haven’t had Delilah as an inside dog as yet and we are not sure how advanced her toilet-training is, so this is something her new owners may need to work on.
If this sweet, young Mally girl sounds like the one for you and you fit all her needs, please apply!
Delilah is not available for interstate adoption and is not suitable for apartments, homes with very small outdoor spaces or rural areas.
Delilah will need:
* Any children to be in their teens
* No cats, pocket pets or other animals
* A home as an only-dog, but preferably with a tolerant male dog of similar size
* Daily walks, always on lead
* A reasonable yard area with garden areas and an undercover area for shelter
* Fences and gates will need to be at least 5 foot high, secure and dig-proof
* Arctic breed experience essential, preferably with Malamutes
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL THE DOG'S REQUIREMENTS.
Each application we receive is considered by our Committee, and we seek to find only the best suited homes, no matter how long that may take.

LOKI
Alaskan Malamute
Male
D.O.B. Oct 2016
Microchip number: 953010000216438
Adoption Fee: $350
Loki was returned to us with his female Mally companion Zelda after we thought they had found their forever home, which was not to last. Sadly Zelda has recently passed away and now Loki is on his own looking for his new family to fill the void the loss of Zelda has left in his life.
Loki can be very cheeky and make his own fun in the backyard if given the means and opportunity, but he is also very good at putting his inquisitive nature to good use and learns new skills easily.
He is a big, strong fellow who will require a family experienced with the breed that are physically capable of handling a large, excitable dog and are committed to his ongoing training. While he loves kids, his size and excitement means he is only suitable around secondary school aged children.
He loves his daily walks and will need a confident handler that can help him remain calm and under control when he sees other dogs.
Loki loves to dig a hole to lay in, so his new family can’t be too concerned about having a pristine garden. He looooves doing zoomies, so he will need a decent sized backyard.
Loki will need:
* A home as an only-dog.
* Any children to be in their teens
* No other cats, pocket pets or other animals
* Daily walks, always on lead
* A reasonably large yard with grass areas and an undercover area for shelter
* Fences and gates will need to be at least 6 foot high, secure and dig-proof
* Arctic breed experience, preferably with Malamutes
There are also the usual requirements of a secure yard with dig-proof fencing that is at least 6 foot high, and undercover areas for shelter from the weather.
Loki would love to start his new life ASAP, so if you meet his requirements, please apply today.
Loki is not available for interstate adoption and is not suitable for apartments, homes with small yards or rural areas.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL THE DOG'S REQUIREMENTS.

Betsy
D.O.B April 2017
Female
Microchip number 900079000184841
Pet Exchange Register Source Number: RE100304
Adoption Fee: $350
Looking for a big, fluffy canine companion that will always greet you with a smile and plenty of enthusiastic tail wagging? Then you can't go past Betsy!
Betsy is a happy girl who just wants to be with her humans, preferably as close as she can get! She has lived with a male dog and enjoys romps and rough playtime with him, but her people are her besties.
Despite that sweet innocent face, Betsy isn't always friendly with other dogs so her new owners will need to be prepared to keep her under good control and approach any doggy introductions with caution, particularly with other female dogs.
Betsy walks quite nicely on lead most of the time, but has displayed a very strong hunting instinct and can pull quite hard when she spots something to chase. For these reasons, Betsy always needs to be walked on lead and under the control of a strong adult.
Betsy hasn't had any experience around children that we know of, and she can jump up and play quite rough, so any new home will be best suited to older children. She's not particularly agile but she is a wire-chewer and has displayed skills at breaking through fences, so she will need strong & secure 5 foot high dig-proof fencing to keep her safe.
Although she would love to be inside with her human family and can have a bit of a moan about being away from you, she does settle down and is quite happy to lie at the back door on her own.
If you have experience with a large arctic breed dog, preferably a Malamute, then Betsy might be the one for you!
Betsy is not available for interstate adoption and is not suitable for apartments, homes with very small outdoor spaces or rural areas.
Betsy will need:
* Homes with arctic breed experience, preferably with Malamutes, will be given priority
* Any children to be in their teens
* No cats, pocket pets or other animals
* A home as an only dog, or with a tolerant male dog of similar size
* Daily walks, always on lead
* A reasonable yard area with garden areas and an undercover area for shelter
* Fences and gates will need to be at least 5 foot high, secure and dig-proof
