Since 1975 I have bred many high achieving German Shorthaired Pointers, under the prefix Edelhof, who have been successful in all fields of gundog competition. These include Grand Champions, BIS and BISS winners as well as dogs who have excelled in the field and at obedience. I bred the first solid black GSPs in the World to gain both Show and Field Trial Championships. I am also an International All Breeds Judge.

In 1996 I bought my first Griffon Bruxellois from Mollie Grocott of New Zealand and so began my passion for these gorgeous little dogs. As I can no longer keep up with the GSPs in the show ring I have handed over my Edelhof prefix to my daughter Jade and with my husband Tim will now continue in the Dog World breeding and showing Griffons, both Bruxellois and Petit Brabancon.

We recently imported four lovely bitches, three of them with an impressive list of titles, from the leading Griffon breeders in Europe. Jan den Otter and Hans Bleeker have been breeding Griffons under the prefixes of Leo Belgicus and v d Platte Belskes for 32 years.

We intend to raise healthy puppies with good temperament, conformation and breed type in a home environment. All our breeding stock have been MRI'd and eye tested.

We have achieve Australian Championship titles for our new girls one of whom will be campainged in NSW by Caroline Elder.

LovGrif Griffons are based in Bunbury, Western Australia. We now have four of these wonderful little character filled companions:- The famous 'Fayaril look to the Future' "Dana", Handsome 'Fayaril Rip It Up Leo', The fabulous and gorgeous 'Tabalin Poppy Rouge Noir' and Poppy and Leo's son 'LovGrif Rip Van Wrinklr Remy'.


Having recently mated Leo and Poppy and on the 11th July 2008 six beautiful puppies, 4 males and 2 females, were brought into the Griffon world. Apart from Remy these lovely pups have now found new and loving homes.

Our hobby is our Griffons and we love to show and train them when we can. Leo and Dana have done very well in the show ring and Poppy, who is very bright, has excelled at obedience classes. We now have Remy who in his first show won "Best Baby Puppy" in the Toy Group.


Griffons are fun loving little characters who love to share in everything we do. Ours love the beach and the water and even come kayaking with us in summer. Our Griffons are house reared and socialized. Griffons can also be trained to a high standard of house manners and obedience. They are easy to keep, unfussy eaters and generally very healthy.
