To start using Dogz Pay, you can request a payment from your puppy buyer in your Member's Section. Your puppy buyer will receive an email (or mobile) payment request and can submit the puppy payment via their choice of debit or credit card. Once successfully submitted, you are instantly notified via email and the funds will be placed into your Dogz Pay account balance and to withdraw, add a bank account as your preferred payout method.

All transactions completed via Dogz Pay are secure and instantly verified.

To get started with payments through Dogz Online's secure system, go to the Member's Section and click on the "Dogz Pay" section on the Dashboard. Select your preferred payout method, and you can send payment requests directly from there.

Buyers can make a direct payment with a credit or debit card (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). The payments are then instantly verified and sent directly to your preferred payout method

Unlike other payment options, when you use Dogz Pay, we protect and guarantee your payments from unauthorised chargebacks, cancelled payments, and refunds. Dogz Pay prevents puppy buyers from directly pulling money out of your Dogz Online account.

Dogz Pay has zero fees for breeders. We know that members already invest so much into their programs.

However, to be able to run the system and protect payments, we charge puppy buyers a small card processing and protection fee, around 3.5%, which helps us cover any third-party costs. They also receive access to all new buyer features to be launched as well as access to exclusive owners resources, content, and discounts.

You are in complete control of pricing, and the fee is listed separately from your prices, and the benefits are explained to your buyers at the time of payment.

Once you send a request, a buyer will need to complete their payment. Once their payment is successfully submitted, you are immediately notified via email and the funds are sent directly to your elected payout method (which is your nominated bank account).

The funds are paid out immediately, however, similar to all electronic payments, it takes some time to arrive in your account. It typically takes 1-3 business days (not including public holidays or weekends) to arrive.

You can use Dogz Pay for overseas puppy buyers to receive international payments.

When requesting an overseas payment, simply request via email with the AUD amount required, from there it works the same as a payment done domestically. Please note that requests via mobile phone numbers are NOT available for overseas transactions.

Yes! If you have collected a payment through Dogz Pay that needs to be refunded for any reason, simply email us at: [email protected] with the amount to be refunded and the name of the buyer. We will then generate an invoice to complete the refund process. Once completed, refunds will take up to 7 business days to process back to your buyer's account
