Banjo backed this up at 2yrs of age with a best Australian Bred in Show at the Alaskan Malamute Club of NSW championship show in May of 2006 under Mrs A Cooper - USA.

Our breeding program has been established with the top winning and producing kennels in the world and semen from some of the top winning dogs and lines in the world, finally in Australia. These lines are the world renowned kennels: Sno Klassic and Nanuke from USA and Taolan from Canada.

Our aim is to be a kennel now and in the future, that will produce multipurpose Malamutes who are high achievers, be it in the show ring, running/sledding, weight pull, obedience and more. We love to do these activities with our dogs ourselves. Most importantly our aim is to have and produce healthy Alaskan Malamutes who are great family members.

We've imported dogs and semen from Sno Klassic, Nanuke, Silver Ice & Oakiok over the years. This is the bases of our breeding program and we will continue along with local and overseas dogs and semen in the future, to continue our kennel.

We sometimes have puppies available, however we only breed when we want something to add to our kennel. We take pride in our quality not quantity as we only want the best out in the show ring.

We aim to breed quality healthy Alaskan Malamutes from imported dogs and lines with AMCA Chd certification. We screen both sire and dam for thyroid, hip and elbow dysplasia, and eye disorders. We also aim to breed for temperament and structural soundness so that we can succeed in the show ring as well as on the trail.

We are a small kennel located in the picturesque Macedon Ranges region in Victoria. We are surrounded by large gum trees and exposed to an abundance of wildlife. We have been involved with Alaskan Malamutes for more than 10 years and we actively participate in many activities with our dogs.
We are primarily a working kennel and our dogs have wonderful temperaments and exceptional working ability. Our Malamutes have proven themselves to excel in and out of harness and we have enjoyed successes in the show ring with minimal time spent showing.
Our aim is to produce quality Alaskan Malamutes that are able to excel in harness as well as the show ring.

At Wolfsong Kennels we take breeding seriously and provide support to our puppy and mature dog buyers for the duration of the dogs life. Our dogs participate in sled dog sport and weightpulling as well as showing.
