We have imported a fabulous stud dog from Croatia, a stunning girl from Germany and work with breeders here in Australia to ensure this beautiful breed remains healthy and and true to type.

I acquired my first PWD in 2002 and she is the ONLY Conformation, Obedience and Endurance Test titled PWD bitch in Australia - Grand Ch Luerace Coco Chanel C.D.X., E.T. "Holly Dog".
She is also the FIRST and ONLY Australian Bred PWD to hold these titles and the FIRST PWD bitch to become a Grand Champion in Australia.
Holly Dog is by far the most Show, Obedience and Working titled PWD in the country.
I imported a bitch in whelp from Biley's Kennel Sweden in May 2006 - Biley's Happy Hazard - and she whelped a litter of 6 on June 16th, from Swedish Ch Gnupens Skoningslosa Matrix (Sweden). There were 6 puppies in the litter, 2 dogs and 4 bitches, and I kept a dog and bitch, Rulett Set Thsails Foroz (IID) "Wombat" and Rulett Devocean (IID) "Miss Pringle", to go on with.
Both became Aust Champions and Wombat also gained his Supreme Champion and Endurance Test titles.
Hazard gained her Australian and Swedish Champion titles and whelped a litter of three pups in April 2008 to Ch Sunnyhill Quicksilver Wind N Sails (Imp USA).
Hazard and Holly Dog are my foundation bitches.
I have imported/used breeding stock from Sweden, Norway, Canada, USA, NZ, UK and exported stock to Sweden, U.S.A., Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, England, Hawaii and New Zealand.
All my breeding stock is CHEDS Hip and Elbow x-rayed/scored, DNA/gene tested for PRA, JDCM, GM1, DM, BHFD, CCDA, Microphthalmia Syndrome, EOPRA, Colour, Parentage and ACES Eye Certified (litters inc.)

Arcticpalace have been involved with Portuguese Water Dogs for approx. 15 years now.
We were the proud owners of our very lovely Foundation Portuguese Water Dogs. aquiring our first "Roque" starting out in 2005 and "Raquel" our second purchased from Dassin in Qld. (the founders of the breed in Aust)and are the 2 youngest Grand titled Porties in Australia.
Roque - BIS GR CH Dassin you Beta Believe it our Brown & White Wavy boy, Grand titled at 19 months of age and was a Best in Show winner before he turned 2yrs.
Raquel - Gr Ch Dassin Perfect drift(ai)Grand titled at 2yrs,4 months months, she is our Black & White Curly girl (first curly to live and be exhibited in NSW)
Our other 2 that were part of our foundation were "Pedro" and "Annie" all who are sadly no longer with us passing of old age from 11+ to 14+ years.
We have gone on to breed many Champions, Grand Champions and Supreme Champions under the Arcticpalace prefix and have made ourselves and many people very happy to own their own Portie puppies to which we have met and made many wonderful friends through.
All our dogs are DNA tested, Optigen eye tested A(clear) or B (carrier) no C (affected) and are hip and Elbow X rayed and scored before breeding.

Aquadane Kennels has the pleasure to announce the arrival of two beautiful litter of Blue and Blue Harlequin puppies, born on the 30/05/2024 and the 05/06/2024 to our stunning Blue Harlequin young Sire "Aquadane Oannes", our blue Dam "Aquadane Countess Katinka" and our Blue Dam "Aquadane Bozica Azura".
Parents are all hip and elbow tested and achieved best results. They all come from recently imported Croatian and Hungarian lines.
From these two litters, we only have one Blue Female left from Oannes & Katinka.

Hanselmann Great Danes has a fawnakin puppy ready for her forever home. Her sire is Hanselmann Me and Bobby Magee (2100579958). Magee is a magnificent harlequin boy. The dam is Hanselmann Stellas Acrobat (2100568003). Maggie is a beautiful black girl with a wonderful quiet temperament. Maggie's litter was born on 10th April 2024. It is Maggie's first litter and we are extremely pleased with the quality and temperament of the pups. They reflect both Maggie's and Magee's natures. The puppy has had her second shot including for kennel cough.
We have 4 young fawn puppies ready for their forever home. They were born 13.6.24 . Both parents are fawn. Their mother is Tammy (Hanselmann Lolas Moon Star-2100580932), and the sire is Brutus (Hanselmann Brutus Maxymus-2100568002). These puppies are of exceptional quality, strong, healthy and robust. They are from Tammy’s first litter. Importantly pups that have been sired from Brutus have proven to be very sweet and loving, as he is himself. These pups have been bred for conformation and temperament.
