We are pleased to announce that Phoebe has had a litter of 9 puppies, whelped on the 22nd of October. The litter consists of 2 yellow puppies, 1 dog and 1 bitch, and 6 black puppies, 4 dogs and 2 bitches. The dam and sire are health tested (with good results). This includes hip and elbow scores, annual eye certificates, and full DNA testing. Copies of these health test results are available if requested, and copies given to all new owners. Puppies are registered with DogsNZ (formerly NZKC) in their new owner's name. We choose families for our puppies based on their knowledge of Labrador needs, and the home and love they can provide. We are proud of our puppies, and open to discussions about removing some breeding restrictions for informed labrador breeders. These puppies will be ready for their new homes on the 17th of December. Please note that we never sell puppies as Christmas presents (never - no exceptions). Please also be aware that there will be an extra daily charge for puppies when we are asked to look after them after the 26th of December. Both parents show international champion bloodlines. This mating mirrors Amber's previous one, producing again beautiful puppies with delightful, calm temperaments that make them ideal family pets. Their intelligence and gentle disposition of these future puppies will make them wonderful candidates for service and therapy dog training as well as great family pets with young children. All puppies will be wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked. Parents have been DNA tested and hip & elbow tested. We live on a 20 acre farm with our 3 labradors. Amber is happy, healthy, socialised and exercised. All our puppies are exposed to textures, noises, adults, children and other animals, resulting in resilient happy pups. All our pups are cuddled daily!
