Broomsquires is one of the oldest kennel prefix for Staffordshire Bull Terriers in Australia, it was first registered in the UK by John and Eileen Sheward, then registered here by them. Graeme and myself took it as ours and we have used for our Staffords and now our Wheatens, which were formally under our Bilstonwake Irish Terrier prefix.
Broomsquires has had other breeds in the past but is firstly a terrier kennel. We first started breeding in 1966 with Staffords and were involved with Boxers and Afghans with my parents.
With all the breeds we have owned and bred, the importance is and has been always to focus on Type, Temperament, and aim to breed healthy dogs. We are happy to talk anytime about the breed or breeds we have had in the past.

We've been in wheatens since 1997. We are a small home based kennel who breed Irish style wheatens for health, temperament and type. All our breeding stock is from some of the most renown International bloodlines.

One boy and one girl puppy offered for sale as pets. Both Just turned 12 weeks old.

"Miss Dark Green" available to a pet home now. Miss Dark Green is a happy, confident, sweet natured pup. She has a high human focus and high workability. She loves her outings and will be happy to go anywhere with her people. She will also cope with being alone for part of each day. Miss Dark Green has the very traditional harsh/rough puppy coat giving her the cute look of a border terrier at this stage. Her beautiful flowing curls will come in progressively over the next couple of years till she looks very much like her Mum Winnie. She is crate trained and sleeps through the night.$4500.

"Pocket" is a small, very easy going boy. He falls in love with every person he meets and they seem to reciprocate. Pocket is a straightforward and low-fuss chap. Pocket's adult coat will have a beautiful wave and sheen.
