I currently have 2 gorgeous female Sheltie babies looking for their forever homes.
We raise our puppies using Puppy Culture protocols as I believe the first 12 weeks of life can shape your puppy’s future.
It is a comprehensive step by step guide of introducing protocols when we see behavioural markers from each puppy.
Everyday that the pups are with me I work on them in increasing their ability to problem solve and becoming stable, confident dogs by giving them something new everyday to play with or just being exposed to.
Raising puppies is a family affair, my whole pack is involved. The puppies are taught right from wrong from all the adult dogs in a very gentle nonaggressive way.
Our pups can use doogy doors and have full recall by 6 weeks of age.
The pups start toilet training from 3 weeks of age.
Our puppies are weaned onto a real raw food diet with added enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics. I make all my dog’s food, adding homemade goats milk kefir and sauerkraut, this mimics how puppies are weaned in the wild. The other dogs regurgitate their food, thereby passing on their own microbiota to the pups. A huge variety of real fermented food makes for a strong robust immune system.
Puppy Culture is truly the best way of raising puppies.
