We are a small select kennel located near North Lakes, Qld. We have owned, trained and been in love with Rhodesian Ridgebacks for 25 years. Although our dogs are Australian Champions Dogs – they are primarily loved members of our family. They share their lives with us, they come on holidays with us and are included in many family activities. Our dogs are not kennel dogs. We don’t breed often but when we do have puppies, we go to great lengths to ensure our babies get a great start in life and go to only the best homes. Their Humans will receive our life long support.

I have been involved in dogs all my life as my grandmother bred and showed dogs and was also a judge, she passed on her passion of dogs to me. I bought my first ridgeback in 2002 and now have 8. We live on five acres in perth WA where my dogs are a very important part of the family, I have bred and titled Australian champions and hope to continue with my second generation of Tannu Ridgebacks. I am currently trialing 2 of my dogs in lure coursing and one has achieved his JC title and now onto his Single Field Title. My dogs and puppies are all raised in the houseand have free run of my 2 acres of garden and are feed a top quality natural diet . My dogs have excellent hip and elbow scores , tested for DM and JME , heart clear, and are all sound and of good temperament. In all the years l have been breeding all my puppies have been DS free.

Amuri Rhodesian Ridgebacks is situated in the village of Murchison, near the top of the South Island, NZ. Living on a lifestyle block, our dogs enjoy sharing the land with our cattle, sheep & horses. The girls are part of our family, & are involved in almost everything we do. From helping with the orphan lambs/calves, cafés/shopping, beach runs, to strutting their stuff in the show ring. My passion for this breed started over 20 years ago, after having a bitch & her son. They had never left my heart, so the hunt for another RR blessed us with THREE girls from Koruridge. We are so very proud to own them. My husband is now hooked, & so Amuri Rhodesian Ridgebacks was born! Our girls have tested clear for Degenerative Myelopathy, Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy, & do not carry the Dilute/Blue coat colour gene. All have excellent Hip/Elbow scoring, and great natures. Going forward, any Dogs chosen for our Bitches will have been tested for the above. This breed is super versatile, so should have great natures & be sound for Lure Coursing, Agility, Obedience, Show Ring & most importantly, amazing companions! Our aim is to produce happy, healthy & correct examples of this wonderful breed. Pups will have first Vaccination/vet check, & have been wormed fortnightly. Successful applicants for our pups will receive NZKC Pedigree papers (conditions may apply), a sample of food, his/her blanket, puppy info pack, and on going support.
