Berinswift whippets promote the promise 'bred for better breeding'. This kennel was established in 1987 and boasts to be the first Australian kennel to have a whippet qualify for and attain a class place at Crufts. A selective breeding program means that puppies are sometimes available to discerning homes. Support and guidance is available to owners as required. A Berinswift whippet is comfortable in the show ring, is a perfect companion and enjoys chasing a lure.

Berinswift KK Limited Edition (AI) was shown at The Whippet Club NSW 2023 Speciality under Editha Newton (UK) of Nevidith Whippets, this is her critique of Bazil.

Having lived with and shown Whippets since 1976 , we started breeding with the 'Arjuna' Kennel name in the early 90's. From the first litter , 3 Dogs were shown , all gained their UK Stud book No's and 2 went on to win Challenge Certificates .
Our First UK Champion came from the 2nd litter , not a bad average !!
We moved to New Zealand in 2007 bringing 1 dog & 3 bitches with us. the girls were here for breeding purposes but we hoped 'Olli' would do OK in the ring ... He has gained his Title both here and in Australia and his progeny are following in his footsteps . Olli is now behind many of the top winning Whippets in NZ .
The two boys arrived on the scene from Kana-Ka , Connor & Kaos ,both having attributes that I thought would benefit my breeding . the Boys gained their Titles quite quickly .
We now have 5 Generations of Show Champions , 2 x Grand Champion and and the Only Whippet Speciality Grand Champion in NZ, they are also doing great things on the Race Track ... We aim to breed True 'Multi Purpose Whippets' - Show , Race , but Mostly much loved pets .
