My dogs are first and foremost my beloved pets and family members who are actively engaged in all parts of our daily life, dog training and sports. Hi, I'm Claire C. Tirnacu from the Irish gaeilge "Tir Na Cu" means land of dogs. It sums up our home quite well, Its all about the dogs here. We are a small scale program.Our two girls Croia and Esky are predominantly much loved pets. Our Puppies are raised in the heart of the home and life centres around the dogs and pups. We follow a ENS and puppy culture style raising plan and aim to produce well rounded confident pups ready to take on the world as wonderful companions. I work as a Veterinarian and our dogs are fully health tested. I am also happy to do meet and greets with my adult dogs for those interested in meeting and getting to know the breed. The homes our puppies move on to get backup for life and we would love to hear updates on their new lives with their new families.

We are home to nine gorgeous lappies here and abroad, some of whom we have trained within various disciplines including conformation showing, obedience, tracking, herding, flyball and agility (however their favourite activity tends to be having a cuddle on our bed). Our dogs are shared between two homes, in Sydney and Brisbane, plus a number in co-ownership. We will be selectively breeding and aiming to produce structurally and temperamentally sound, healthy, typey and fit-for-purpose Finnish Lapphunds. We place an extra importance on improving the health of the breed with thousands of hours spent on research into risk reduction and studying pedigrees. We have been showing dogs for 30 years, including Malamutes and Australian Shepherds. We also enjoy competing in Agility, Obedience, Rally and Sled Dog Sports and like to keep our dogs active in mind, spirit and physical condition. We are a small kennel in North East Victoria and only breed occasionally, when we are in a position to keep progeny for ourselves and hopefully improve on the quality, health and temperaments that we already have. Very talented and smart but also cheeky, naughty and super fun. We welcome all general enquires, we don't have any litters planned for the near future.

We excitedly announce the arrival of Cookies litter on 19 Dec. She had 4 boys and 2 girls all feeding really well so are happy and contented, as is their proud mum. Parents are DNA Tested to ensure they are suitable for breeding healthy progeny. Puppies are wormed biweekly from birth and receive their 6 weeks vaccination and microchip at 6 weeks of age, they also receive an extensive health check at this time. Our fur kids are our family and live with us in the house, free to come and go as they please. Puppies are very well socialised in this environment. The older dogs play with them and teach them not to fear the sound of the vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine etc. our grandchildren play gently with them so they are not frightened of little people and learn to understand how to interact with them. We perform Bio Sensor Therapy from days 2 to 16 of their life. This consists of several exercises we do with them which desensitises them to common things that they may feel and experience later in life. Standard Poodle litter due the 31st of October. The dam is Astrid - Ch. Rivierra Rise From The Ash CCD. RA. And the sire is Romeo - Haldee Borealis Pekka import Norway. Both dam and sire have clear dna breed panels and have been hip and elbow tested with great results that I am happy to share upon request. Puppies are black, raised using ENS and puppy culture, have the foundations of crate training, toilet training and an understanding of markers and shaping/luring. They will make great family pets, sport dogs, grooming competition dogs, and possible show prospects. Assistance dog homes may be considered depending on temperament assessment and the support/experience of the handler. The puppies will be available to go home at 9-10 weeks old after they have been structurally evaluated at 8 weeks old.
