HISTORY - The Prazsky Krysarik, or Prague Ratter, is a rare breed with a history dating back to the 8th century. Originating in the Czech Republic, these dogs were once cherished by nobility & royalty, often gifted to foreign rulers as symbols of diplomacy & friendship. Initially favoured for their elegance & agility in royal courts, Prague Ratters later became popular among commoners for their rat-hunting skills.
TEMPERAMENT - Known for their intelligence, ease of training, and affectionate nature, Prague Ratters are agile, quick, & display natural nobility. They are slightly reserved with strangers but incredibly loyal & friendly within their families, thriving on human companionship & involvement in daily life. Gentle, curious, and loving, they are ideal companions for all ages.

Impending Litter Announcement Chani is due to have her babies to Simba (German import Salvatore vom Grafenwald) around mid November. Simba and Chani both have absolutely lovely natures and are great to have around, both at home and out and about. Not only are they much loved pets, but they also excel in the show ring, being highly placed under both Australian and international judges, with Simba winning the silver medal at this year’s German Shepherd National. We expect these babies to be very richly pigmented, with dark eyes and confident, happy, stable characters, just like their parents. LITTER WHELPED 15TH AUGUST 2024

Currently I have 4 females available. Dark colours, strong bone and lovely heads. Very confident and intelligent.
Both parents have certificates for hips and elbows and are Breed Surveyed through the German Shepherd Dog Council Scheme.
Sire is CH. Conbhairean Freddy, a top producing import from UK also known for passing on his confident out-going temperament.
Dam is CH. Bozeeb Zsa Zsa Gabor "Zelda" She represents the 6th generation of a carefully selected breeding program at Bozeeb Kennels. Over 40 years if experience with the breed!

"Benny" has very strong bone and plush coat and his siblings, no doubt, will be very similar. Benny placed 4th at the South Australian National in the Minor Puppy Dog Class.
