With 20 years experience in this breed, I've travelled through Europe and the USA seeing the top Portuguese Water Dogs the world has to offer. My bloodlines are a combination from the top kennels in Canada the USA and Australia. Health testing is of the utmost importance and every puppy that leaves to go to his forever home is supplied with full health test results on: MO, JDCM, GM1, EOPRA, PRCD-PRA, HIPS, ELBOWS, CDDY/IVDD and OPTHALMIC EYE EXAM CERTIFICATE from both parents. Both curly and wavy coat puppies are occasionally available.

From an imported sire, and 25 years breeding in Australia, these Portuguese Water Dog puppies are ready to go now. An ancient breed, used by Portuguese fishers to work off boats, these dogs have adapted fabulously to life in Australia both in the water, and in locations without such. All pups are introduced to swimming before leaving as I start introducing their life lessons. (check pics!) These have a non shedding coat, are very active, smart, and with your common sense and training, are fantastic companions. I have been breeding these since 1997 and am Australia's most experienced breeder. Located north of Heathcote, I am wanting you to visit, to meet the pups, their parents and family.
