We have owned and loved bichons since 1994. They are the most beautiful and loving dogs perfect for a family home. We are a small boutique breeder and have been involved in breeding top quality dogs for over 30 years. All our dogs are Certified Pedigree Pure Bred Bichon Frise registered with Dogs West/ANKC. Both parents have had full DNA profile testing for breed. We have just welcomed a litter to our home on the 28th November and have both girl and boy puppies available. They will be ready to go to their forever homes by 8-9 weeks, in late January 2025. All puppies are raised in our home where they are well socialised and are fully vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and wormed. I have been showing dogs for over 50 years & a breeder of bichons for over 40 years. I am a long standing member of Dogs Victoria & previously the president of the Bichon Frise Club of Victoria. Previous Daejilon Bichons have been shown throughout Australia & New Zealand with great success taking out many In Show & In Group awards and Melbourne Royal in Show awards. Mollabru Kennels in Far North Queensland have been breeding Bichon Frise since 2004 with the assistance of Tejada Kennels in Victoria (though we started breeding & exhibiting with our Labradors in 1995). Our aim is to strive for sound, true to type Bichons for all to love and enjoy. We do not breed often - but all puppies are raised in the home environment with adult/child socialisation from a very early age. Over the years we have successfully exhibited many bichons bred by both Mollabru & Tejada to championship titles and more recently our Mimi to her Supreme/Grand Championship - our first home bred Supreme Champion. In 2017 we welcomed our first import to Mollabru - "Pace" (American Champion Judges Choice Ya Gotta Have Heart For Bodacious Imp USA) - a combination of the successful Judges Choice & Bodacious kennels in the US.
