We are a boutique breeder of the Petite Pedigree Papillions, based in the Noosa Hinterland Qld.
With 16 years experience of breeding Maltese Shih Tzu. About 3 years ago we were introduced to the beautiful butterflies of the canine world and fell in love. After moving up from NSW last year onto acreage in the Sunshine Coast to begin our breeding of Papillion.

We are expecting a litter in November 2024 and these will be available for their new home in January 2025
Deposits reserving your new puppy will be taken after visiting and viewing the litter and completion of information of your suitability.

Male Paps are known to be the most affectionate and cuddly in nature. Following their owners around, they love to play or just sit beside you watching TV. He is a people pleaser which make them highly trainable. Often doing tricks for your enjoyment because they want to make their owners happy.

The female Pap is more independent and confident with a Priciness attitude. So much fun and personality.
Papillons are people pups and need companionship, they are not suitable for families with young children o Papillions can be hurt or injured by young children. So only children over 8 are suitable. High intelligence & agility means they need attention and exercise.

As a breeder I strive to breed to the Papillon standard and thus produce puppies that make excellent companions and/or show prospects. All our puppies are socialized from an early age and raised in our home on our two acres of parkland. Our Papillons have wonderful temperaments and are delightful to live with.
In general terms, the Papillon Breed is considered a healthy toy breed,frequently living until age 13 to 17 years of age.Papillons are very intelligent, athletic, and friendly.
They are the top performance dogs from the toy group.
Generally Papillons are known to suffer from only two major genetic problems PRA and Patellar Luxation.
Progressive Retinal Atrophy ( PRA ):This is a condition rarely seen but it is a genetic condition in Papillons that causes blindness sometime between 4 and 8 years of age. Both parents must be genetic carriers to produce a puppy with PRA.
Patellar Luxation: Patella luxation is thought to be a genetic condition that arises due to a shallow groove in the fibula that allows the ligament holding the patella in position to slip out of the groove and allow the Patella (kneecap) to slide out of position.
All our dogs are DNA and Vet tested for both diseases.
Occasionally may have older dogs for sale to loving homes.

I have no cages. I have no kennels. My dogs and puppies live in the house with me.
Dogs are my passion, have been breeding different breeds over 30 years, but have settled on the Papillon and Phalene as my chosen breed. The Phalene has the moth ears as compared to the butterfly ears of the Papillon. The Phalene is the original, going back a long long way. Marie Antoinette owned a Phalene.
I have bred Paps for 10 years and hopefully will keep going for many years to come.

We have a lovely female tricolour puppy for sale. Evie is 7 months old, healthy and up to date on vaccinations. She is a little shy at first but will warm up to you very quickly and loves a snuggle on the couch. Evie requires a quiet home with adults only, as children can make her a little nervous and no large dogs.
