Mastdoch was founded by Peter & Karen Docherty who first imported a Mastiff from Bredwardine Kennels in 1992 from the UK. Over the years we have produced multiple Best In Show and Best in Group winners (all breeds Champ level).

We breed and exhibit all 3 colours. All of our breeding dogs are health tested for cystinuria, PRA, CMR1, DM and are hip and elbow scored.

We live on a 145 acre property just outside Bathurst NSW, we have owned and loved pure bred Mastiff's since 1998. We currently have 6 Mastiff's in our family. Our Mastiffs have been hip & elbow scored and DNA tested with My Dog DNA. Just like the majority of Mastiff owners we fell in love with this large breeds gentle, loyal and calming friendly nature, making them the perfect companion & guardian for our family, and would like to do our little bit to help protect and preserve The Mastiff. hi every one , we had a litter on saturday 19TH of october 2024 and we will be breeding again in 2025 . just letting you know we are taking enquiries from others who would like to have a new family member share their home . please be advised we have people waiting for puppies but there may be changes and people drop out as peoples circumstances change . if you would like to go on our waiting list or are interested in a new family member , please let us know by EMAIL . our cost will be $4500.00 , a deposit of $1500.00 will be required at 6 weeks and the balance of $3000.00 to be paid at 8 weeks when they are ready to go to there new homes , plus transport cost . our puppy pack contain information containing the basics on looking after your new puppy , foods and grooming tools that are required . they have been toilet trained , they will be immunised / wormed . micro-chipped and vet checked with D.N.A testing and parentage testing with pedigree papers to follow , papers will be on full pedigree papers not limited .
