Our aim is to breed the best possible working labrador retrievers in Australia. Our breeding program is focused on working ability and traits.

We have travelled to New Zealand, UK and USA observing field/working bred labradors. We continue to visit America sourcing working field line genetics.

Health is also highly valued. For example, we were the first Australian labrador breeder to test for exercise induced collapse and centronuclear myopathy. Additionally retinal dysplasia/osd. We are involved in DNA research.

AVA hip and elbow dysplasia grading schemes are performed achieving great results.

All dams and sires have eye clearances.

JESSCOTTPARK Labradors are excited to announce Edna and Scooters pups have arrived. We still have one female looking for her furever homes.
Pups are yellow / redfox in color and a beautiful mix of Australian and international blood lines.

Edna is a very affectionate and intelligent girl with a wonderful nature and great manners.
Scooter is a very athletic and handsome redfox boy with international blood lines and working parents.
Both parents have been DNA tested and are clear of any hereditary diseases currently tested for in Labradors. They also have excellent Hips and elbows scores. Scooter 2.1 and 0.0 Edna 1.4 and 0.0

Pups come with an extensive puppy pack, copies of parent's pedigrees, DNA results and Hips & Elbows scores. All pups are vet checked, microchipped and will have had their 1st vaccination. Pups are wormed every 2 weeks from birth and given lots of attention, socialization with other dogs, know how to use a dog door, which is a great help with potty training.
We provide ongoing advice and even take pups / dogs back for boarding whilst you are on non-dog friendly holidays.
We have dogs that have international assistance dog accreditation, inlcuding Edna's litter sister.
These pups will not disappoint whether a pet, assistance or therapy dog.
Pups were born on 6 May and will be ready for furever homes at eight weeks of age come 1 July 2024.

Expressions of interest are invited for a confirmed litter, expected to
become available at the end of September 2024 from Duname Unchained Love "Rosie"
and Therapaws The Sun Will Rise "Nico"! This is a repeat mating due to the success of the 2023 litter, producing 3 working dogs for people in need of support.

Nico (sire) is an accredited Assistance Dog and comes from a long line of therapy and assistance dogs/working dogs, currently
working in Victoria.

Both parents are health tested, have full DNA screening, hip and elbow screening, up to and are in excellent health.

All Therapaws pups are raised in our home with appropriate socialisation beginning from birth to household noises (vacuum, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer), household routine, children and to other pets. We pride ourselves on supporting the development of excellent temperaments in our pups, ensuring that when they leave us they are ready to become excellent family pets, working therapy dogs or working assistant dogs.

All pups will come on purebred pedigree with Dogs Victoria. Pups will be vaccinated, microchipped, wormed every 2 weeks from birth, will have a puppy pack to support their transition to their new homes, breeder support for the transition home and vet checked
with relevant paperwork. Pups will be toilet trained to use artificial grass when they leave our care.
