Silvaregis was established in 2023 as a breeding kennel, fulfilling a lifelong dream for Katherine. As a four-year-old, she remembers happily playing with her Grandmother's fox-red Lab 'Sandy'. Katherine also favoured the breed as a pet companion for her four children.

Living in the Riverina of NSW, on 11 acres of rural land with creek access, our energetic Labrador Retrievers enjoy the freedom of the farm to sniff, roam, run, and play. Our Labrador Retrievers are raised as part of the family and are house-trained.

We aim to breed quality Labrador Retrievers with exemplary temperament, and good health and which conform as closely as possible to the Labrador Retriever Breed Standard.

As a novice breeder, Katherine is particularly grateful to Trevor and Michelle Ament of Riftintime (ACT) for their patronage over the past six years, and to Guy Spagnolo Driftway Labradors (NSW) for his advice and especially for allowing the use of Driftway BIS Aust Ch Super Mario as the sire, for our maiden litter, joined with our Riftintime Melody Pond late 2023.

All of the Dogs and Bitches in our kennel are hip and elbow-scored and DNA tested for hereditary diseases.

Our dogs are not kennelled they permanently live in large yard’s with plenty of space to run and play.

With over 25 years experience breeding and working with various animals we are currently producing our 5th generation. We provide 24 hour care to our bitches and puppies to ensure that every puppy in every litter has the best start in life.

We breed to produce puppies and dogs for mental, genetic and physical health which are the basis of our breeding decisions. All breeding dogs have a full Labrador DNA panel testing for numerous diseases and traits, our dogs are also hip and elbow scored to show physical soundness.

Our puppies are raised in the home and exposed to all the sounds of your typical house such as vacuum cleaners, washing machine, tv and radios. They are regularly handled by adults and our kids therefore will be very friendly and outgoing.

Our puppies are sold with vaccinations applicable for age, vet checked, wormed, microchipped and with a starter pack containing all the basics you need. The pack includes care information, copies of parents testing and pedigrees, food and accessories to get you started.

Our aim is to promote and improve the Labrador breed and provide our customers with happy healthy life long companions.

I do not breed Labradors at this stage in life. My Labradors come from Pauline Gill Tapua Labradors.
After not having owned a Labrador for nearly 25 years. I have finally succumbed and purchased 'Luther' - Banderra Lord Basil.
A sweet tempered black dog with, I believe, a lot of potential.
He has been shown by everyone else as the breed seems to always clash with my other breed Schipperkes.
He managed 4th place at the Labrador National 2012 at his first show as a 3 month old puppy, shown by me.
He was Baby in Group under Gundog specialist W Crozier in July 2012, and on 12 August his last day in Baby he was again Baby in group in the ACT under Mrs J Keenan (Vic)shown by me.
Up with the big boys, now.
A delight to live with, amenable, trainable loves everyone.
Thanks to Sue Richards for entrusting him to me. He became a champion very easily and now enjoys watching from the side lines while his smaller mates do their thing.
Lara came to live with us in 2014 Tapua Dream Maker she was quick to get nearly 100 points. But she loves her food and after Pauline and Peter saw how fat she was has gone to Hitler camp to get trimmed down and those final 13 points. Of course she got those final points and is champion "Lara Bingle".Retriever mad loves the water. She should produce fantastic retrieving and working puppies. Oh she is black as well.
